I had my for IVA test
I left my car with my car import for IVA, Speedo replacement, fog light and full registration and arranging for road tax. When collecting car was valletted well with a good condition.
Advice and support from staff was good with clear instruction specially by Steph. Thank you

My family used their services to reregister our car back with English plates. Waiting for over a month now, and still we don't have our VC5. They send it wrong address.

I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed with the experience. When you accepted our quote on June 2nd, we asked you to complete your customer portal, which includes confirming the UK address to which you would like the vehicle registered. Unfortunately, this section was not completed.
As a result, we initially used the address that was shown on a supporting document you uploaded. It was only after this that we became aware that you intended to use a different address. As soon as we were informed, we took immediate steps to request a replacement V5C from the DVLA with the correct address. This was done at no additional cost to you.
We did our best to highlight how important it is to fully complete the portal to avoid delays.
We understand how frustrating delays can be, and we genuinely regret that this situation caused any inconvenience. However, I hope this clarifies that we acted appropriately based on the information available to us at each stage.
If there’s anything else we can do to support you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

I’ve imported 2 cars from Jersey now
I’ve imported 2 cars from Jersey now. The first time I didn’t use My Car Import and it was a complete nightmare, the forms were complicated and there was very little support / help out there so it was a stressful process. I used My Car Import the second time and it made life so much easier! The team were excellent and sorted everything out for me. It took a lot less time to register the vehicle and took all of the stress away! Would definitely recommend paying the extra money to let these guys sort everything for you.
