Absolutely spot on. The ordering process was easy and we were given a day once the fob was ordered. I was given a 4 hour slot and the locksmith called half an hour in to say he'd be with us shortly. The locksmith was brilliant. He cracked straight on after advising of a potential problem with our car's ECU (corrupted program)... he assured us that if ours was in the affected batch, he would abort and signpost us to Nissan to save any issues. As it was everything went very smoothly and all done in no time. Brilliant service, thank you!

Don't get me wrong it was expensive but given the circumstances. The team were amazing and Dave the engineer was a great bloke. Super helpful. Back on the road after about 3 hrs of the first contact. Thank you all so much. You saved our holiday.

Definitely would reccomend this company. They were efficient and prompt over the phone. Were able to speed up the call out time as we were in a hurry. Reasonably priced. The young man who came out gave us a call before he arrived. Opened our car door in no time.
I do honestly reccomend this company as the service was not fussy but straightforward no hassle to deal with on top of what you're already dealing with (stress of car keys locked in car, parked in Tesco car park and unable to find spare key!!)

Honestly not sure how expensive or reasonably priced but like I said didn't have a choice but had peace of mind! Thank you so much to the young man on the phone and the young man who came out on the call- definitely our heroes!

From start to finish excellent service,everything explained clearly ,they kept me updated as they said they would regarding times. Lovely guy who came out and was very nice to my elderly parents. All sorted within the timescale they said too.

I had a relatively complicated problem in that my Mk 5 VW Golf's key wouldn't turn in the ignition. I was a little sceptical, as I had to pay up front and several.places had refused on the grounds of it being too much hassle. These guys were great. Had to order a part but got me sorted in two days. They kept me informed all the way. Nicky the guy that came out was great. Recommended!

Avoid like the plague. Tell lies. So 1st cancellation was because an audit was taking place but we all know audits are planned even Lewis the customer service manager agreed and said this. Wednesday went to a ca not the La postcode he should have so he wouldn’t travel 40 minutes to the correct place. Offered 50 pounds back refused this Lewis offered me 70 back agreed to discover Ini had already processed the 50 pounds I had refused. Anyway to today man arrived said keys are fine yep great BUT you was coming for the immobiliser. Failed job now waiting for a call back from the manager to offer me a refund minus call out fee. Very good but expensive! My key broke they came and fixed it in the middle of nowhere and the guy who did it was friendly, quick and did a good job. I guess you have to pay for that

Took my keyless entry landrover key for a swim , got back to the car with the kids wife and dog to find blade snapped off in the emergency door lock , stranded on a Sunday late afternoon starting to rain called the guys , no messing around , within an 30 mins Peter attended , gained access , programmed a new key and I was on my way , can't fault the service highly recommend
