Great and fast service locksmith was fantastic and very polite great job

I lost my only copy of my car key with remote central locking fob. Disaster! But the RAC recommended My Car Key Hero and they provided prompt, efficient service. Control room call handler was helpful, booked me a callout for the same day. Engineer / locksmith sent message when en route and was helpful and friendly on arrival. Quickly programmed a new key for my car and I'm back on the road within a few hours. Excellent.

Great service. Rang up Saturday afternoon and they came Sunday morning to sort the van out. Speed professional service. Would use again. 👍🏻

I had 2 locksmiths come out to fix the keys for my van. They were both fantastic and really pleasant people. On the first visit he couldn't fix it without ordering a different key, he explained it all really clearly and told me what would happen next. Within a couple of days the new key was ordered and another guy came to fix it. He was really great, helpful and very polite.
Job done and everything is working.
My only criticism is the fact that you Google the place and it says it's local, but then you get calls from phone numbers all over the UK. The company seemed to be called one thing on the website and another when they text me and took my payment. Is it car key hero, or is it we've got the key?? That made me feel nervous like it might be a scam, but clearly it's not. Probably a national company with local franchises or something?
But the locksmiths were amazing, couldn't have asked for nicer guys.

Don’t recommend , 5h1t service, they messed me around for three days. It ended up costing me almost £300 just to get a key cut. Was meant to get it fixed early in the morning, I said anytime as long as it’s done by 4:30 as I had work, they told me they made a note of that, I then had no word from them all day so phoned around 2 for an update where they said the locksmith was in London and will be with me soon, I then waited another hour and phoned back to which they replied that he would be with me around 6, I said I can’t do that I have work at 4:30 which I said yesterday, Apparently they failed to make a note of that even a free telling me they had. They then dispatched a different locksmith to come and help me, he then proceeded to basically break into my car and tell me I needed to leave my car unlocked over night as he had no tools to cut a new key on him. This made no sense as I had explained the problem over the phone so they were aware that I needed a new key. I left my car unlocked overnight and made an appointment for the following morning, stressing the fact that it needed to be done by 11:30 as I had work. The next morning I woke up to a message saying someone was on their way, at 11 I had another message saying they had cancelled and someone would be with me between 12-2. I cancelled and rebooked for the next morning. As i left for work that day the locksmith phoned me to tell me he was 20 minutes away, this was 10 minutes after i had cancelled, I turned around and waited for him as i wanted the issue resolved, i proceeded to sit waiting for 50 minutes for him, he wasn’t picking up the phone calls or answering messages so I gave uk and went to work, just for him to phone me once i arrived to say he was at my house an hour after he said he would be there, Apparently this was cause he was talking to his manager. Absolute p1ss take, why ask when I need it done by when you’re just going to ignore it anyway. Absolutely 5h1t service and was left unknowing the whole time, the only time I was updated was when j phoned them up each time. I just got messed around the whole three days, ridiculous.

My son lost his car keys rang the company on the Sunday and on the Monday the locksmith came out in the morning sorted everything two new keys. Brilliant service
