I was desperate to get my car open. I had locked my key in the car. The AA couldn’t help. I googled locksmith and a local 24/7 service came up, they assured me that a local locksmith would meet me at 10am the following morning and within 20 mins my car was open such a relieve with my keyless opening system. Thank you so much my car hero.

I had to go to my mums to ring because I had locked everything in the boot which is 3 mins away from were my car was parked the man was waiting for me when I got back how was that for service couldn’t have got any better fella was brilliant and only ended up 10 minutes late for work brilliant

Was told 2-3 hours wait until a technician would arrive they took nearly 8 hours to turn up. Charged over the odds as it happened on a sunday. Company subbed out to local contractors after taking payment and then took an age to track one down. When I rang to enquire about time of arrival was fobbed off with all sorts of excuses. Given names of technicians which changed between calls and the arrival time kept extending. Eventually when technician turned up they were proficient and got in within minutes. I would try and find an independent locksmith rather than go with this company. They are simply a middleman and cannot reliably get a technician to you within a reasonably timescale as they are using subcontractors which they engage after you pay them. Once you press go you will not get a refund no matter how poor the service. Happy they got in to car and did so within there terms but had I known the actual timescales I would have got a next day service and saved £100.

The young guy was amazing!! A bit expensive-that’s you price you pay for loosing your keys I suppose. Was with me within a couple of hours!! Lovely guy 10 out of 10.

I rang up about my key being stuck in the key hole of my Citroen, the guy didn’t ring me before arriving but once he was here he managed to free my key, make me a new one and program it, he did this with minimal damage. Would definitely use this company again if I was ever in this situation again, would highly recommend

Fantastic and helpful response on contact. Approx time given which was adhered to. Engineer contacted us on route and swiftly produced new programmed key. Excellent service.

I have never known a company as incompetent and full of lies as this one. I wish I had the option to leave zero stars. We paid for a service to have our car unlocked and a replacement key cut at the same time but these services were not provided. We were promised a next day service but in reality were made to wait a further 10 days and only after we kept chasing to have them come. There was a complete lack of communication from their side and we had to make call after call to enquire as to what was happening with the services we paid for. In the end they didnt provide the full service we had paid for and were told we had been refunded. Still no sign of the refund. A scam and fraudulent company we will be taking this further to the financial ombudsman.
