I have never known a company as incompetent and full of lies as this one. I wish I had the option to leave zero stars. We paid for a service to have our car unlocked and a replacement key cut at the same time but these services were not provided. We were promised a next day service but in reality were made to wait a further 10 days and only after we kept chasing to have them come. There was a complete lack of communication from their side and we had to make call after call to enquire as to what was happening with the services we paid for. In the end they didnt provide the full service we had paid for and were told we had been refunded. Still no sign of the refund. A scam and fraudulent company we will be taking this further to the financial ombudsman.

Absolute failure of a company. Never come across a company as useless as this. I'm a disabled person, my son locked the car keys in the car, I booked and paid for a next day service to have access to my car and also to make a new Key but I had to wait 10 days for the supposedly next day service. They cancelled on me twice without notifying me, the 3rd time they cancelled on me again so I had to ring up and complain, they finally decided to come and do the job which I had paid for. When they came they left with only doing half the job. I still dont have a spare Key. I still haven't had a refund or a call from them to refund me.
I urge everyone not to even think about using this pathetic company.

The Technician was friendly and took his time to diagnose the issue. Citroen deleted my second key from immobiliser and was not working. The technician reprogrammed the key and it worked perfectly.

Conmen took 275 off me before the job was finished was told they’d be there within the morning was then told I’d have to wait a week asked for a refund and basically refused to give my money back shambles of a company avoid avoid avoid

- From my initial website query I received a phone call within 20 minutes.
- Quoted a very reasonable price for a 2nd key (I did get other quotes)
- A follow up call from them to tell me when my appointment was set for.
- On the morning of appointment, Dave (great chap) called to say he was on his way
- Created the new key (programming and cutting) within an hour or so

Excellent customer service / excellent tradesman service too.

Highly recommended. Will certainly use again as required.

Great service on hand to answer calls at all times of the day, the chap who fitted the part was excellent and very polite! Would not hesitate to use again. Just a shame it takes 3 days to get the part but that’s not their fault. Original VW parts fitted.

Great from start to finish, was very informative at every step, contact was made if there was any problems and was sorted straight away, will use again!

Keys barrel broken. Agreed and paid to have it fixed in 3 days.
But had to wait 14 days for it. Tried to cancel but they would charge me over £200 for it.

Call the service for the first time, very helpful and friendly staff. Unlocked my car pretty quickly and efficiently. Great work and price was not too bad.

Absolute bunch of crooks. Took my £230 up front and promised to come out to me the next afternoon, Wednesday. No one had turned up by 4pm so I gave them a call and was told I was next on the engineers list. 5pm, I get a call from the engineer to tell me he would be here in 40 mins. 6pm, still no show so I call them again to be told that he'd had to finish for the day and now they can't fit me in until Sunday (4 days time). When I asked for a refund I was told that I would need to speak to a manager and he wasn't in until tomorrow. When I asked what time that would be they couldn't tell me. So I'm left key less, unable to drive my car and with no refund. Avoid at all costs.

Locked my car keys in the boot!! Pouring with rain, no raincoat or umbrella but two very bedraggled dogs. Phoned my son who arrange a call out. My Car Key Hero was precisely that. He arrived within the hour, was friendly, professional and extremely efficient and had my car door opened in seconds without any damage to the car. Highly recommend My Car Key Hero!!

I have just bought a secondhand Suzuki Swift 2013 and it came with just one key fob. Contacted this company and the could supply a genuine Suzuki fob for much less than going to the main dealer. They had to order the fob but they kept me informed of its progress all the way through until the key smith came to my house and programmed the fob and cut the emergency key. I would recommend them to anyone.
