Great 24/7 key retrieval service.
Very quick and easy, called up on a Friday evening and had my car keys retrieved from the boot of my car by the next morning. Great help and a reasonable price!! 100% recommend. Staff were friendly and informative.

I cannot rate these guys enough. After a stressful afternoon having lost my keys at Gatwick Airport after what was supposed to be a simple drop-off I was rescued when my husband called My Car Key Hero and instructed them to get in touch with me. I explained where the car was, made a payment and sure enough the next day the locksmith arrived on time and told me to pop down in 30 mins when he would have finished. When I arrived he handed me two brand new keys with a smile and my nightmare was over. The guys in the control room had been friendly, clear to understand and incredibly helpful. After I had hung up I received a text with all their details should I need to get in touch. That’s the kind of service other companies should be basing theirs on. Can’t fault them!

Honest service
Called out these guys because they thought my van had a slam lock on it and were going to remove it. Turned out not to be that, it was something electrical. They immediately fully refunded their fee with no call out charge. How many companies would do that?!
