Pants ordered for 2-3
Pants ordered for 2-3, very cute when they arrived.
My girl is average size and they’re not very big, I doubt she’ll be wearing them in 3 months, they’re pretty small.
The protection isn’t in the full pants and my girl was soaked in 30 mins, she’s still learning the potty atm.
I did email customer service but they just gave lots of sales sbeel and closed it down.

Our sizing is based on average high street measurements, but we do recommend using our sizing guide to find the best fit.
As for our training pants, they are not designed to be leak-proof. They are intended as a tool to support potty training by helping little ones understand when they’ve had an accident, encouraging them to use the potty next time.

We have been using the my carry potty for a few months now and unfortunately, the latch on the lid broke. I contacted customer services and they immediately sent out a replacement as it was still under warranty. Fab service, highly recommended!

Fantastic Customer Service
Unfortunately the potty arrived damaged.
However, their customer service was fantastic and sent out a replacement within a couple of days.
The lad loves it as well, patterns make it friendly and welcoming.

Carry potty replaced
We ordered a Carry Potty in June 2025 as we were emigrating to Australia and starting potty training. It turned out to be the perfect travel companion – it goes everywhere with us, makes car journeys stress-free, and is a much cleaner option than most public toilets.
When we arrived in Australia, the internal catch unfortunately broke and the lid wouldn’t stay closed. We were gutted because it had been so handy. I reached out to Carry Potty and spoke directly with Ell!e, who was incredibly helpful from the very first email. She quickly arranged for a local distributor here in Australia to contact me, and before long a brand-new Carry Potty was delivered.
We’re so impressed with both the product and the customer service. Very happy customers – thank you again!

Replaced faulty potty
I brought my first carry potty earlier in the year and the clasp broke. Without thinking, I purchased a new one. When it came to actually potty training, the same part of the clasp broke again but this time a family member mentioned about the year warranty and I didn’t think I had anything to loss by contacting them. Within 48 hours a customer service member emailed me back and I was advised to send photos but I had lost the receipt. Luckily I had a bank statement. Within a few emails a few hours later they have kindly replaced it for me. I am so pleased with the customer service provided and will certainly recommend!

Incredible customer service
Bought a carry potty which had a fault so wouldn’t stay closed. Customer services rectified the issue, sending out a replacement extremely quickly. Cannot fault the service I received and the new potty is doing great.

Ordered training pants
Ordered training pants. These were way too thick. Wanted to return them, so I sealed them up again and sent them back - unused and touched once only. They said they had failed their return standards. So do not buy unless you have seen them in person, as you will definitely be paying for them. They are washable training pants, it's crazy to me that just opening them fails their return policy. Really disappointing and won't be using my carry potty in future and won't recommend.

Great service
The potty we received is great and my little girl loves it.
We did have an issue where the catch broke, meaning the potty wouldn't stay shut. After providing a few details, customer services sorted a replacement the same day.

Not leak proof
Bought this for convenience if little one suddenly needs the toilet when out and about and we aren’t near a bathroom.
Unfortunately we found out the hard way, this is NOT leak proof!! Liquid absolutely does leak out of this so if you can’t empty it immediately, it will leak so you’ll need to carry it flat, which takes away the purpose & convenience of this potty.
Cute designs to choose from however, and it’s easy enough to carry around if empty…

Don't fall for the hype..
Like I did..
Whilst the potty is relatively small for what it is and seems to be of good quality materials, it is such a poor design that it's impractical and not at all as advertised. I'd be a bit embarrassed to call myself a "potty training expert" after designing this.
What's advertised as a "wide comfy seat" is actually a thin ridge of plastic, less than two fingers wide that protrudes from the top of the potty. The bowl is way too big for little bottoms so that the little one has to bare their weight on that thin ridge leaving red marks and indents in their thighs.
The fact that the bowl itself is not removable means the potty is not, in fact, "easy to clean" as advertised and ends up with streaks of wee rolling around the edge, down the sides and into the hinge.
It's actually awful and I'm gutted I spent $30. I'm even more gutted that my little one chose this all in her own, only for it to be so disappointing.
I am curious if the positive reviews here that all seem to say the same thing are actually legit.

The customer services team were excellent, and even arranged for 24 hour delivery so the replacement potty arrived before I went on holiday. Very friendly team particularly Ellie. Disappointed by quality of products now
Order arrived and the toilet seat, step and training pants were damaged. Contacted customer care and was gaslighted by email. Completed dismissed tow of my faulty items and I had to repeatedly email pointing out all the other faulty items they were ignoring. Offered 10% discount which was totally unacceptable. 8 emails and 17 pictures later I was only offered 15% discount. I gave up at this point and asked them not to communicate again as this was insulting. At no point did they offer to replace my order, presumably as this is the standard now as all recent reviews would suggest there is ongoing issues with quality. So disappointed after using brand before. Clearly suppliers have changed and cheap is the way forward this brand now. Customer service tactic is narcissistic, customer is never right despite what their reviews suggest. Really hope this business learns from this even if they cannot admit to being in the wrong
