Great customer service
We got my little a potty from argos a week ago as she started potty training. We absolutely love the potty, however we had a small breakage in the clasp that closes the potty.
I got in touch with customer services and Ellie replied very quickly and we now a replacement being sent out!
Great customer service, very helpful too!

We bought a My Travel Potty through amazon 2 months ago.
The plastic fixing clasp broke on the lid, I reached out to customer services last week and got a reply off Ellie within hours.
Despatched same day and received yesterday, unbelievable 5 star service and excellent communication.

Ellie is a star :)
We love our potty, such a great product made with great materials. We had an unfortunate breakage with the catch but I messaged the company and Ellie was so quick to respond and she sorted out a replacement for us and it’s on its way to us right now.
Brilliant service and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one from the again if needed.

Amazing Customer Service
I purchased a travel potty from Amazon in April, the clasp broke which keeps it sealed. I emailed My Carry Potty directly and within a couple of days I had a response and a new potty on the way in the post. Ellie from customer service was so polite and helpful and I think the overall experience was made as easy as possible - I have told everyone I know to get a 'My Carry Potty' due to the potty being amazing itself but also because of the fantastic customer service. If I could give it more stars I would.

Exceptional Customer Service
The customer service provided by My Carry Potty is absolutely brilliant. Other companies should take note!
I had an issue with the potty when I bought it through Argos but when I got in touch with Katie from customer service, she could not have been more helpful.
She politely pointed me to the right place to report the issue and said she would keep a look out for my claim to come through. Katie dealt with my query the whole time (which is so rare), and she was exceptional from start to finish. I have my replacement potty on its way and my son is really excited to try his new penguin potty.
Apart from the minor issue, I can see that the product is really well made, a very clever design, and will make life much easier when it comes to potty training out and about.
Thank you again to Katie for such brilliant service. You are a credit to the company.

Great product and brilliant customer service
My overall experience has been amazing. I purchased the bundle including carry potty, training underwear, step stool and toilet attachment. It arrived quickly and well packaged, there was one small issue with one of the parts. I contacted customer services and they responded to my query immediately, I supplied some photos of the problem and provided some further information and they issued a replacement straight away, which arrived within a few days. I have been impressed with the customer services, Katie was very helpful and so quick to respond. The products look fantastic, fit for purpose and we can't wait to use them.

Brilliant product and excellent customer care
Very easy to order, fast delivery and great deals to order extras after the first purchase. I did have an issue with my potty as the clasp broke after a few weeks but the customer care was outstanding and the person I spoke to in particular Katie was so helpful and quick to respond and sorted out the problem within the same week. Would highly recommend for anybody with young children my daughter absolutely loves hers!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!
I bought the pink dragon bundle after seeing a lot of hype about this company online. I am so pleased that I went ahead and purchased. The products are such good quality and my little one (although not quite ready to potty train) seemed very excited by them. I believe it will make the potty training experience much easier and enjoyable for her. Customer service when I needed it was exceptional, they were so polite and helpful. I will be recommending this company to every potty training parent I know.
