Excellent service, speedy delivery and a handy sticking plaster as a bonus!

Bought the pradel excellence butcher set. Class act and great price only waited four days for them all the way from France. Emailed me every day including exact time of delivery . Showed them to many friends and professionals, They are purchasing now .

The product lasted 3 days before ripping. It took 2 weeks for a replacement. I have had the bag for 3 months and the stitching is once again failing. I would not recommend this bag at all.

However customer services were great!

Excellent knife set.

Maybe I did not look carefully enough on the website but it was not until I had placed my order that I found out that it was coming from France (the contact info, email & phone were both UK). Consequently the delivery time was longer than expected. Other than that no complaints.
Unfortunately after receiving the knives I realized that I had made a mistake with my choices. Both knives are excellent quality. I wanted to replace my 30+ year old frozen food knife & chose an Au Nain 30cm knife. I should have asked how thick it was, existing knife is 1mm thick, new one is 2.5mm thick. It will not cut frozen bread which is the main use that I have for it, this has been passed on to my Daughter. I should have ordered a curved paring knife instead of a peeling one, the curve on the blade is to much for me & the handle is not comfortable in my arthritic hands. My mistakes, nothing to do with MyChef.

Very happy with 11cm Sabatier purchased to replace one we’d used almost daily for 30 years but had lost when travelling. Pleasantly surprised by the free knife with our purchase (under £20). Prompt enough delivery. Lost a star due to excessive packaging for such a small knife (box would have accommodated dozens of larger knives).
