My Chi and Me Reviews 

I have bought a number of things from My Chi and Me, toys/boots/gilets/fleece etc, and have never had any problems. I have returned a couple of items in the past due to them being the wrong size, but I followed their returns procedure and got the items refunded/exchanged fine, even when Royal Mail workers have been on strike. Will buy from them in the future :)

I've place an order online and I paid more in delivery fees than the actual order itself and I paid for 1/2 working days last Wednesday and it's now the following Wednesday and the order STILL hasn't arrived. I now understand that Royal Mail are on strike and for some time but I didn't know of this at the time of when I placed my order or else I would've just paid for standard delivery. Nowhere on the homepage of the website does it state that some of the delivery options (that should be ghosted out so that you can't select them) are not currently available due to Royal Mail strikes. The only messages I can see on the homepage of the website are deals for certain products ironically. I think it's a disgrace to be perfectly honest with you that you're not willing to refund me for a service I simply haven't received! Nothing but scammers!

Terrible, i payed £7 on delivery for 1-2 days. I ordered it to come on Monday or Tuesday it came on Wednesday . Luckily I came at 10 am ! As I had to get on a plane at 1 that day to Spain ! It came just in time for my flight ! Very disappointed as it would of been £4 for delivery for a 2-3 day so £3 was lost and I’ve got no response back there was no terms and conditions when I ordered my expensive puppy hat. Scammed me of my money I wouldn’t pay £5 for it, was so badly made lucky I’ve worked in a textiles I used my sowing machine to sow it back up . NOT DOG SAFE !!!

The birthday hat had glue all over it very poorly made stitching came apart when received. Very poorly made for an expensive hat .

The products are nice, the communication is slow but ok, but I find the returns policy poor. I bought a little jacket, I measured the dog before I bought it but on arrival it didnt fit. Postage is added on at check out, then postage to return I paid for which I get, but I was then sent an invoice for the return postage to me. So I paid more in postage costs than the little jacket initially. Had I known this I would have gone for a better quality jacket from elsewhere which offered free returns. Whilst I understand I should pay to have it delivered and return it, I dont think there should be another delivery charge invoiced. I have a business and I wouldnt dream of doing that for my mail orders.

My chi and me have a great range of everything you need for your little chihuahua. We ordered a lovely harness with matching lead.
The quality of their products are amazing and their pricing is very good considering. The order came very quickly and well packaged.
I would definitely recommend checking their website out for your chi needs.

Very disappointed, bought a lot of items from them that were excellent. I was unhappy with the quality of a water bottle/dispenser and was met with nothing but unhelpful comments, hiding behind reasons for my complaints and no attempt to assist in a positive way. I will not buy anymore from this company.

I only give poor reviews when a supplier lets me down. There is a pre chosen list of reasons for return from which a customer has to select. Did you really expect me to pay £3.10 postage to return an item costing less than £5 for your 'quality control' to pass judgement. Equally it is ridiculous to say an item can't be returned because it had had water in it, how on earth were we supposed to find out the water flow was poor without putting water in it? Get real and think of the bigger picture, you've lost a customer and a referer to others and got a one star review simply due to your intransigent attitude in regard to an unhappy customer.

My second order from My Chi and Me... so pleased with the items purchased. My pups look amazing in their new coats and collars. Followed the sizing guide and they fit perfectly. Recieved items in good time too! I would recommend ordering from here just follow the size guides.

Extremely rude reply from a member of the team after advising them I received a faulty item. No apology or anything. I was just asked to sending a video of a faulty zip which requires two hands so not quite sure how to do that or why I should have to either. Either way, very disappointing given the review ratings as I thought this was a reputable company to buy from.

My Chi and Me have accommodated my pomchi called Dash like a little celebrity. The customer service is brilliant and very friendly with quick response. We was advised from My Chi and Me to have Dash measured and they shown us what was suitable for him. (He is a very awkward size) All of his items come very quickly and the quality is amazing. You will be not disappointed by this company. I will be purchasing more items in the future and have already recommended My Chi and Me to my friends and family!

Lovely products

I purchased two raincoats for my Chihuahuas. They arrived very quickly and were beautifully wrapped in pink tissue. Unfortunately my Chihuahuas didn’t like them... the hood kept falling over their eyes so they both froze and wouldn’t walk. I returned and was refunded immediately. Fortunately for me, my return was accepted albeit over something so trivial. I definitely will order another couple of coats, hopefully ones that my Chihuahuas aren’t so fussy about. I would without hesitation, recommend My Chi and Me to everyone.

Bought the Trekker coat with built in harness for Monty, my long haired little Chihuahua. It arrived very quickly and was beautifully wrapped in pink tissue. I won't hesitate to recommend mychiandme to all my friends

I have a small chihuahua and ordered a small bag, when it arrived it was too small. (I gave it to a friend) I then ordered a medium size one, when it arrived it was too large. Nice bag but unlucky re measurements. Arrived quickly.
