sizes not always consistent
sizes not always consistent, I ordered 7 items in size small however each item was different size when arrived, otherwise service excellent . it may help if actual sizes could be given.

Hello and thank you for your review. We put sizes in cm on every item on our website for all the sizes we offer. As you say we use many suppliers and sizes are not consistent. We also give a guide weight on most products and if they are under or oversized we state that as well. It’s important to read the full product description before ordering but If you are still unsure we help many customers with sizes when asked. We also offer an exchange service for products that do not fit. Our aim is to have warm happy dogs wearing our clothes 🐾🐕❤️

I bought the harness and lead for my…
I bought the harness and lead for my tiny puppy which fitted fine at first but the buckle adjustments don't hold so the harness was able to expand and my puppy was able to walk out of it. Very dangerous if we had been near a road.
Not great quality, but for price you can't complain.
However the item isn't fit for purpose, sadly.

Sorry to hear your harness did not reach expectations. I suspect by your comments that it was the £4.50 harness as you make refence to the price. Whilst we do sell lots of these with no complaints I appreciate you may have received one that is faulty so if you would like to return it we would be happy to refund you. When consulted prior to ordering we recommend the PerfectFit harness for puppies which is the most secure harness on the market. That one sells at £32.50 and is virtually impossible to escape from. We are happy to help with sizing if required.
