I was a little apprehensive but decided to take a chance and purchased an Urban Pup harness from your company . My main concern was not necessarily not receiving the goods but the item arriving in time for our holiday that was imminent. How wrong I was ! The harness was delivered on the day stated with a number of notifications of its departure and tracking information supplied . The package was also delivered with the harness beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and a thank you sticker . Keep up the good work , we will definitely be purchasing from you again !!!

I couldn't find the right size toy for my little fellas, most things were too big, but the toys i have got from here are perfect, they absolutely love them, as well as getting the right fit in apparel.

I’ve recently got a gorgeous Pomeranian puppy, however he is very small and I found it an utter nightmare trying to find a harness which was small enough to fit him in the normal pet shops, that was also really stylish. No offence to pets at home but their leads, collars and harnesses really aren’t a bit of me lol! When i found my Chi and me i was really excited to try theirs as they were just what i was looking for and seemed to cater for the smaller dog! I purchased the gucci inspired harness and lead and the LV inspired car seat and absolutely love love love them both. They’re brilliant quality and the harness fits my boy perfectly and i’ve noticed he’s not even bothered wearing it, as hasn’t tried to chew it, like he had with other bad fitting harnesses!
He absolutely loves his car journeys now in his new car seat and i’ve had so many compliments on it!
The customer service really is great as i originally ordered just the harness, paying for 1st class postage. The next day i found the car seat and so ordered this too, but only paid for 2nd class for this, only to have this postage refunded to me and both items sent first class together! This was a lovely touch from you guys and thank you very much for taking the time to do this! Paris & Dolce 🐶

I have to say I was overly impressed with My Chi and Me, they exceeded my expectations and customer service was second to none. I placed an order for 3 coats for my puppy in XS and the following day I realised I had made a mistake as my puppy had grown quite a bit. We had tried other XS pieces of clothing on her and they no longer fitted. I therefore placed another order for the same costs but in S with the view of returning the first order as soon as it arrived. To my surprise I received an email from Nicky who had identified that I had ordered the same items but in different sizes and therefore asked if I would like to cancel the first order and have a refund? I could not believe my luck, yes I replied. What great service, no hassle of returning these items now... refund was processed the same day. When the order did arrive, the quality and fit was exceptional. I will have one stylish, warm pup this winter! I can not recommend Me and My Chi enough, I will be a returning customer that is for sure! Thanks Nicky, you’re doing a great job! Ivy loved the toy too :-)
