MyChway has exceptional customer service. They were very professional reaching out to me and keeping me updated every step of the way. They were also prompt in responding to my inquiry before my purchase. I purchased two quality grade items over $500 and recieved both items promptly. I would recommend purchasing from them. I live in So. California, US.

I've purchased professional equipment from this company and have not been disappointed. The machines I own from MyChway are substantial, powerful, and effective. I get phenomenal client results, which of course is also technique-dependent. I do get better results with the MyChway devices than I was able to achieve with other more expensive brands though, so they have a long-term customer in me. I have only ordered devices specifically labeled as "shipping from the US" so I've never paid customs or other additional fees, and I also have no idea how shipment from China might affect transit time. In my case, my devices have all been delivered within a week of order -- sometimes as quickly as 3 days later. I took advantage of the Black Friday sale this year and gifted a MyChway machine to another contouring specialist who is just starting out and she loves hers as well. I have my eye on a few more machines in which I'd like to eventually invest, and I'll be purchasing from MyChway when the time comes.

From the moment of my order Callie was in touch via WhatsApp to check everything is going smoothly. I don’t live on the mainland and was expecting the order to have to be delivered to my Mums but she checked on this and even gave me a choice of courier to get it sent to me direct. I am really impressed with the service they offer and would definitely order again. I tried my machine last night and it appears to be well made with good instructions on how to get started. There are a couple pieces to attach but the screws were all in the right places already and it didn’t take long. Overall a really well made machine at a fraction of the price. And they sent a small gift with it too. Thank you Callie for an excellent experience with my order, very happy 😊

One of my items got lost within fedex and Oren quickly reached out about the issue and had a replacement machine prepared to be shipped out to me the same day I was notified.

Shipping was so quick! I have used the machine twice and I haven’t noticed a difference yet

Miya, has been great throughout this interaction. I had a few small shipping issues and Miya stated in constant contact with to make sure I was updated on the progress as well provided me a $40 refund because of the issues I was experienced.

I never received the item, I’ve tried to contact them but no answer. Take your business else where.
