Very communicative
Very communicative. I expressed an issue I was having with my machine and they did not hesitate to help me and resolve the issue. They also helped me with a certificate. Super happy I chose them because I was skeptical due to pricing but they have the same quality machines as other brands that charge 3x the price and more.

Machine came very secure and wrapped. Didn’t come with instructions on how to plug it all together and had to go to tiktok on how too put it together.
There online training is useful for first timers.

Excellent customer service, very prompt responses (please consider the time difference wherever you are) to my questions. The machine I ordered is as expected and I think a very reasonable price. It did take me a while to get it however that was due to clearing customs.
