I can see from your orders that you normally order 6mg, but on this order, you have ordered 0mg, hence the lack of colour and flavour.

By all means, you can send back any unopened 0mg liquids and we can exchange them for 6mg for you?

Also in regards to the review, as we have got your order correct and it was just the incorrect strength selected, please could you rate us based on our service and the resolve?

I did not receive my complete order

I did not receive my complete order, emailed twice with no response!! Extremely disappointed in this at the moment, due to current restrictions no shops are open to obtain Nic salt so I’ve had to spend more money from an alternative online shop in the hope that they are able to send a complete order instead of wrong order and wrong products!! I have emailed you back but had no response?
