I ordered the vype/vuse catridges however the newer version vuse didn’t fit into my device. I emailed and had a speedy response from Richard, who sent a replacement and new catridges. This was so kind of them but I’m so happy to say they now fit into the new vuse and I know now when I purchase in they future they will now fit and work. Thanks again MyCigara, great site and helpful cutustomer service

I love the quick delivery of items bought online the only problem I find is that even though I pay £2 a month for membership when you buy online you points don’t get rewarded to your account. Throughout Covid 19 lockdown I can imagine that a lot of people have been purchasing online and are wondering my why the points haven’t been awarded
