The charger appears to be very good quality in terms of hardware, the software and app on the other hand, is slow, clunky and hard work. It is a battle to stop the charger from charging immediately when you want a third party app to control the charger. Like Intelligent Octopus Go. The user interface on the charger isn't the easiest to navigate and despite changing the unlock passcode successfully. It will only unlock with the old passcode

It charged my car twice, then decided to go haywire. Stopped now waiting for d installers to get back to me in d morning..I expect a new one fitted tomorrow. Fokearn.

Bought zappi together with an eddi. Had trouble with install. Took a few visits. Installer said there was some bug with new eddi software. Have eddi and zappi on seperate pages on app. It was the only way installer said it would work for the moment, until a patch is released. Not overly happy, as the data on each page does not match eg the eddi and zappi will indicate different amounts of power coming from the grid, at the same time. Besides this glitch they seem to be working well.

Very high quality service from myenergi start to finish in terms of getting a quote, onsite inspection (as the installation was none standard) and then the install and product itself. Coupled with Octupus Energy Intelligent Octopus Go tariff its been an amazing solution to home EV charging.
