I read that the Zappi could load between 1.4 and 11 Kwh in one mode. The truth is that It can't switch between 1 and 3 phase loading of energy from the solar panels only. I was quite disappointed to learn this was not possible.

Unfortunately I’m on my third Zappi as the previous two were faulty. So although a great product in what it does when it works. My own personal experience has been poor in terms of quality. Hopefully the 3rd one is sorted.

An excellent product - it only loses a star because we've had a few issues with reliability, requiring replacement twice. However, MyEnergi's support and response has been exemplary, so inconvenience was minimised. Their online energy tracker started pretty badly, but has now matured to the point of being a useful tool.

Easy to use but difficult to set up. Too much irrelevant info on the screen. Needs to be clearer for the consumer not the installer.
The zappi-display is too dark (especially in a garage) and I cannot see the information. It would be more helpful to see the information displayed directly or have a special small button to illuminate the screen when there is the need to do so. Currently I touch any button to get the light on the screen and revers than the command, the button was originally intended for. Hope this helps to improve zappi for future cutomers.Best Regards, Christoph

Great product easy to use from screen. Works with solar well. Let down by app that often doesn't show the zappi or the solar panels. Already had replacement unit under warranty. And had additional electrical work needed on supply as electrical regs had changed in the 4 months since first fitted professional. So not overly impressed but working fine today and would recommend. Just fix that flacky app and it would be great. Would rather set charge up I doors using app than outside using screen.
