They do not give accurate prescriptions…

They do not give accurate prescriptions and it’s terrible being stuck with glasses that look weird and can’t see right they have so far refused a refund for the terrible service rendered still trying! Was lucky I didn’t get the glasses from there as they already gave me a refund! Twice in my life I thought my prescription was wrong and guess what I’m 40 and both places were my eye lab stay away if you care about your eyes!!

Incompetent provider

I was confused on the sham doctor not being in person but virtual. 1 pair of glasses came in. But I could not see out of my bifocals. The tech marked my lenses for a lined bifocals. Now another 2week wait to get my glasses. Also a $39.95 charge to polish my lense sides that look like a coke bottle for a heavy lenses is ridiculous. Would not come back or either recommend this place. For your incompetence my polishing of my lenses should be compensated. Tina Motto

Needed an eye exam that I could do without waiting and they provided it. Good selection of frames with a loyalty program that will be helpful since my job damages my lenses quickly even with all the perks.

Would’ve been nice to see a Dr in…

Would’ve been nice to see a Dr in person and not on a screen. I was unaware of that. They ordered me contacts andI couldn’t see out of them so I called two days in a row. Their response Was that my eyes needed time to adjust. I couldn’t see out of them! I took them back only to have the girl have a terrible attitude with me. Now I’ve lost my vision allowance for the year because of them. Don’t go here. Pay the extra and go to a real eye Dr.

The worst service I have ever received

I’m giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. This is the worst place I have ever been to for glasses. I have been waiting a month for 1 pair of glasses. I can’t talk to anyone who knows anything and you can never get ahold of the Norman store. Customer service never knows anything and all they can do is put in a ticket for you. Every week they push the delivery date back another week. My son got 2 pair of glasses and when I went to pick them up he had the wrong glasses. Yesterday I checked online and it Said his glasses were in processing, today their show that they were canceled. No one seems to know who or why they were canceled or worst of all where my money is. This is the absolute worst service I have ever had. I will never come back to this place again. Hell I may never even get my glasses from this visit.

This place is nothing but a big…

This place is nothing but a big lie!!!!! Do not believe the TV advertisement. It’s B…….!!!! I paid $360 for one pair of glasses. Never again!!! On top of that, they are just basic looking glasses. I was told my lenses would be glass. They are plastic. I still see glare at night.

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE!! I worked in the optical field for 5yrs…

I worked in the optical field for 5yrs so fortunately I did not get too much of a run around although the associate kept insisting I needed the anti reflective on both pair of my glasses…I had to firmly tell him I didn’t want that and leave it alone. He was pretty friendly taking my money but when I went back two weeks later for ONE pair that was in that same associate acted like I was bothering him every time I asked him to adjust them…he was not the same friendly guy he was 2 weeks prior. All of that aside I knew something wasn’t right with the pair that was ready which was the shades…the clear ones were needed first which was another week later and are still at the store…but I gave the shades a try since my script had changed some and it can take a day or two to adjust. But I couldn’t wear them even for the day…put the old pair back on and saw waaaay better. I think the whole script and measurements are off!!! What a ripoff. So I tried twice to call “customer service” and boy what a useless waste of time that was…I got two different people who absolutely repeated the exact same sentences to me in my response to their exact same questions so don’t even try calling. He was going to connect me directly to the store and after 6mins on hold I was “disconnected”! My request of the ONLY resolution for me was a full refund to which his reply was that I could not get a refund for the exam…the exam was free in the included deal so how are you going to take money I never gave you?! That’s straight theft!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and inexcusable and people NEED to know about this as it’s not fair for people to pay for glasses they can not see through and have to fight to get it set right. I’m going above and beyond. This “company” needs to refund my money! As a person and as an optician at heart I simply wouldn’t be doing the right thing if I remained quiet about this scam of a place that takes advantage of people with lies and especially when you are playing some game with peoples vision…this is their eyesight they are playing around with and it’s inexcusable so I will see if there is an available avenue for me to ask the BBB or some entity to fully investigate this place…this can not be ignored! I’m in Atlanta and my local news channel would love to know how this “company” is scamming folks at every location they have across the map! I’m going to the top of the ladder on this one and eventually this mess needs to be exposed…people need to know NOT to trust their eyesight to such careless and reckless people!!! The buck HAS to stop somewhere!

I was impressed by virtual eye exam. Then I was told contacts order would take 2 weeks to a month to receive. I also didn't get a trial pair because they too would take 2 weeks. Unimpressed. Using 1800contacts, much quicker.

They blatantly lie to your face. There was a contact special on their nationwide website. They told me no that's not a deal they have. Marketing just didn't update the website....My son's glasses have crazing on the lenses. They wouldn't back their own product they told me I could order another pair of lenses. My son has an astigmatism the woman told me I'd never be able to find the contact lenses then proceeds to go to 1800contacts to prove her point and lo and behold there were the contacts. I asked for a copy of the prescription she told me no. I said can I take a picture she said no. I said ok..how do I get the prescription she said you have to pay for your exam. Well no kidding...They will never ever receive another penny of my money.

Eye lab ordered wrong frames so they reordered them. I I Received message they were ready. Went to pick up next day. When we went to get them they said they weren’t there yet but they will automatically send messages anyway as they ship. Why does text say “ your glasses are ready for pickup. It has been very inconvenient for you to get things right for these expensive glasses.I’m still waiting. I can see why you only have a 2 star rating. This will be our last time at Eye lab unless you can reach at least a 4 star rating. If my business was just 2 stars I would change or close the doors.

I bought 3 pair of glasses

I bought 3 pair of glasses , it’s been a month and a half and I have not yet to receive my 3 rd pair, I asked for a specific lens on 2 pair and did not get them , I paid over a thousand dollars and they are not worth it , then I said I want a refund and the manager gave the the run around about my refund.
This is in league city location they are very one experienced with eyeglasses.

This is a total Bait and Switch!

This is a total bait and switch! I went into one of the My Eyelabs because I really needed a new pair of glasses. They advertise 2 pairs of glasses for $95, a free exam, and that they have over 1000 frames to choose from. First of all, the frames that are included in this price take up a 6' by 6' section of one wall. Maybe 30 frames, and they are hideous! They look like they came out of the clearance bin at the Dollar Store! The exam itself is done virtually by a doctor. There is someone there that measures your eyes, but the doctor is only on a screen in front of you. After they worked up my prescription, I tried to find a pair of lenses I could stomach! Nope, nothing. They were all hideous. So I started looking in the other frames they had that were not part of the $95 deal. I picked out a pair that was somewhat ok. They started working up my order, and by the time they were done, they said it was going to about $600. What in the world! I got upset, and said forget it. They said if you aren't going to buy any frames, then you have to pay for your exam - $45. Fine, whatever, just let me out of here. I took the prescription to my actual doctor, and they said the prescription wasn't even correct. Just walk away and don't even bother. It's a complete bait and switch!

My order was placed 31/2 weeks ago

My order was placed 31/2 weeks ago. After 2 weeks I was informed there was an issue with the quality of the lenses. I was told they were sent back and expedited so I wouldn't have to wait so long again. They have still not arrived after another 12 days. I needed them for a crucial Dept of Transportation physical. I managed to squeeze by on the eye exam no thanks to myeyelab. I'll never use them again. I won't recommend them to anyone.
