I subscribed Myfamio on 3Oth May 2025…

I subscribed Myfamio on 3Oth May 2025 for a few days for NGN5,262.40 and ended up with a monthly on 2nd June 3035 for NGN53,112.29, on 2nd July 2025 for NGN51,462.84, on 2nd August 2025 for NGN47,834.05, on 2nd Sept. 2025 for NGN47,834.05, on 2nd Oct. 2025 for 45,434.84, on 2nd Nov. 2025 forNGN43,515.49. I hadn’t the benefit of the use of the app ever and did unsubscribe early, but I am still billed to date. I deleted the app on my phone early in June. Please let me have a full refund urgently.

Famio app cancelled subscription impossible

They are not helpful at all they have took money every month dispute. Me saying I want to cancel it today another 22 pound. This has gone on for nearly a year they always said they couldn't find. My. Details. Now today they say I have a different email. And i need to log in to that to cancel how can you do that when it's not even my email a shocking fraudulent company that takes money random Amounts. And makes it impossible. To cancel i am contacting the fraud team of my bank now as there has been complete failure to cancel my. Subscription the support department of famio is non existing please please if you have also been scammed. Report. It to your bank.

Avoid this app

The functionality of this app has been oversold. However the main issue is that after several attempts to cancel the subscription famio are still charging my credit card. I have now raised these as disputed transactions. I have had no contact from Famio in response to my request to cancel.

I've cancelled this service months ago…

I've cancelled this service months ago and when I log into my account it says "subscription cancelled", however, you are still taking £32.99 a month and another payment has just come out again recently!! This is definitely some sort of scam! Do not trust this company!!!!! Still can't get in touch with anyone from the company, absolute joke!!

Famio have been charging me £23 pm for…

Famio have been charging me £23 pm for a service that i do not use. I'm net even aware what service it is they offer . I tried cancelling ,but they do not recognise the e-mail address that i supposedly signed up with. To ensure clarity, Famio will process charges without confirmation ,and have no sympathy whatsoever for those who unwittingly signed up. Just to confirm. Famio is a massive scam.

Helpful App, But Slow Customer Support

scam

Shocking scam, you can't cancel, they took my payment but did not send email of account to my email. When I tried to cancel they said there is no account. I have sent screen shots of my account and the payment details, STILL no reply! they will probaly keep charging me and are hoping I forget to cancel before the 72 hours. absolute nightmare.

I had a great experience with this app.

I had a great experience with this app. I originally signed up for the subscription but later decided to cancel. The process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received my refund. Their customer support team was very responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to find such excellent service, and I truly appreciate the hassle-free experience. Highly recommend!

So angry so much money has been taken

So angry, in less than a month, £75.80 has been debited form my account, that’s a horrendous amount of money for an app, that I have never used as it wasn’t the kind of app as shown online. I want a full refund and a reason to why this amount of money has been taken!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don’t go near this company!

Don’t go near this company, you sign up for a trial and cancel it in the timeframe and they still take your money. They will then offer you a 30% refund. I had to raise a dispute with my bank to get the money back. They eventually agreed to refund

I was helped promptly and a refund was made within few hours. Yes its easy to get over charged if you do not read the conditions properly before using the trial period of app. I was thankful that the customer services got back to me within an hour and my refund was processed.
