Please beware Scam alert

Please beware, scam alert, they continue to charge me after I have sent several emails cancelling the subscription. Their customer service says they will get back in 24 hours when you send an email but you would never hear back from them but be sure to expect yet another debit. There is no option to cancel the subscription yourself which in itself tells me the original plan was to steal.

Do not use MyFamio

Will not allow you to login. Continuous charges after request of cancellation. False info, bad customer service, keeps charging even though they say they canceled my account. Do not use MyFamio!!!! Beware.

This site is horrible

This site is horrible, you cancel your subscription and they will still charge your card, you try to contact them and they say you didn't cancel when I know you did, they are terrible if I could I would give them 0 I don't recommend it to anyone they seem like scammers

This company should be investigated it…

This company should be investigated it is the most unethical app I have come across to date. Even if you cancel it they still keep charging you $40 a month by the time you realize it they’ve already got you for over $100 in my mothers case it was 6 months before she could get any resolution. She doesn’t even have the app downloaded to have ever used it. She’s retired and on a fixed income . This is theft plain and simple. They should be ashamed of themselves and are disgusting human beings. That someone is not looking into this to protect people or filing a class action suit is beyond me. May Karma be swift to the people responsible. You portray yourself as an aid to keep loved ones safe and do the opposite. You make me sick.

This product is an absolute scam

This product is an absolute scam. The app does not work, and they will deduct money from your credit card without authorisation. They will argue that you signed the contract to so authorise, but look out, before you know it you will be scammed hundreds of dollars.

I canceled my subscription on April 28/25,they still charge me for months May & June,I have gotten they're email what I requested for cancel my subscription,in the beginning it's says free for 7 days but you need to add your bank account,once you add they charge you 6.99$ immediately,you try to cancel,no way you can cancel it,after 7 days they charge 39.99$ automatically,support,yes they do have support to reply you stupidly hope,don't trust this app,they're doing robbery.

Unacceptable experience

I signed up for myfamio free trial and paid the required fee but I didn't use the service. Now within that free trial period I reached out to customer support to cancel the subscription because I couldn't access the account they sent me a link and it went to spam I still couldn't access the account via that link. Now that they have charged me they have now canceled . I want my $58 back!!! Today is the 23rd of June and I have to be messaging them back and forth for my money for a service I never used and they were aware of this

Warning – Scam Alert

Scam

This a scam nothing else please guys no body should use this app. I have cancelled my subscription right away when signed up and still 5 months later they are taking money from my account. nothing I can do about I’m waiting for my bank to deal with them as they won’t respond to you at all.

Scammers all the way!!

Scammers all the way!!! I pressed the free trial button but three days later over £30 taken from my account, or should I say stolen? I never signed up for this!! I will be taking further action, avoid at all cost!!!

I really regret using this service…

I really regret using this service without checking the reviews, my card was blocked after I made the £2.36 payment because my bank suspected it to be a fraudulent activity. After two days I called my bank to unblock my card and they said this same famio tried deducting some money from my card but they couldn't because it was blocked. Please I didn't sign up for any subscriptions, cancel any subscription you have with me so I can use my card in peace please and reply your emails too. Complete waste of time and money.

Sudden Charges no way to cancel subscription

Title: Scam Alert of Famio Website – Unauthorized Charges and No Response from Support Team

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Famio app.
They began charging me for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. Famio does not appear in my iPhone's subscription list, so I cannot cancel it through normal channels. I never received any service or value, and despite sending FOUR emails, I have received no reply whatsoever.
This company’s behaviour is highly questionable and aligns with fraudulent or scam-like practices. Many others have reported similar issues. I am in the process of reporting this to Apple, consumer protection agencies, and financial institutions.
Do NOT trust Famio. Stay safe and report any unauthorized charges immediately

This is a fraudulent app

This is a fraudulent app. only entered the card details before entering the name my card was accepted gor£2.36 then £50 where the bank declined. I can't even find my bank app it's dissapearered. it's 72 hours trial if I don't cancel it will be charged again. I want to cancel as I didn't use the app and return my money. fraudsters . suckling people's blood without doing a proper jobs.
