The absolute most incompetent
The absolute most incompetent, uncaring, people I’ve ever met! I called to tried to get a funds verification with the car dealership I’m buying from and they wouldn’t do it! I expressed concern. An hour later I get an email that my account was closed. Yea never sent authorization to close my account. They said I verified it with them! In fact the last time I spoke with the the rep from the dealership was on the phone. I ask where my money… since they took it upon themselves to close my account. They said it was processed to a check and it would be sent in 7-10 business days!!! This place is a joke! I was depositing over 2,000$ a week with this place and this is how I got treated!

The worst gift card brand you could get. Who cares if you can see a team on your card it isn’t like your card is something you flaunt. I never activated my card and got taxed $4 monthly which is the dumbest thing I have seen. I would stick with vanilla gift cards, I have never had any issues with them

Honestly yall dont even deserve a 1 star rating. I can never get into my account online and yall have done something to my card .I had my tax refund deposit on the card n supposed to have my stimulus as well and yall are doing all the extra basic. I'm very upset n disappointed

Probably the best prepaid card!
Most cards find any way possible to charge for something. Fancard let's you represent your favorite team without the hassles of most prepaid cards. Direct deposit can be used and it works as a bank account for most services that only accept major banks as payment methods. The customer service is excellent although you'll rarely have to use it. Everyone should have one even as a backup card for only purchases.

$30 plus dollars in fees in a month?!?!
I dont much care for the fee to deposit money.
Update: I was charged a fee for direct deposit and now I have been charged over $30 dollars in fees!!
I actually have screen shots of the fees it is over 35 dollars.
