It charged too much to use it. Example i bought $10.00 in gas it charged me $15.00

Hi Jayson, we’re sorry about that! For clarity, oftentimes gas stations put holds on your Fancard for higher amount when you pay at the pump. Once your payment processes, that hold is removed and your Fancard is charged with the actual amount you purchased. To avoid this in the future, you can go inside and prepay for your fuel!
