Disgusting

Edited review I am furious 😠

I took out a loan £150.00 a week or so ago.
Before my first payment was due I paid £70.00 . [ instead of the £40 ] they wanted . Days later I get a text saying your 1st payment is due . I call them [ over 1 hour wait ] and tell them I've already paid double this month . They say oh yes don't worry about the texts all is fine . Today I get another text " call us urgently you didn't pay first bill .. I've paid £70.00 🤬🤬🤬 they also now adding none payment charges on . I been waiting over hour on phone again no response . I am reporting them to financial conduct authority.
