Excellent customer service and delivery

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Flowers are awful, lasted 5 days before they wiltered away and died. A LIDL bunch purcjased 2 weeks prior outlived these awful flowers. Emailed multiple times and got a genereic response back not even addressing the request of a refund and cancellation of subscription. Have had to put in a chargeback with my bank. awful company awful flowers go to lidl instead and save yourself £15

They advertise next day delivery which is what I needed. Once order went through I was contacted to say they could not offer next day and told me they can deliver the day after instead and they threw in a box of chocolates which I thought was good at the time. Ha was I wrong. 5 days since order and still waiting for delivery. Dreading what state the flowers will be in when they get to my friend. Do not order from here if you really want next day delivery.

Flowers arrived late. We tried to cancel the order they wouldn’t accept it even though the flowers were not fulfilled.

The flowers arrived dead.

I live in america and had these sent to my sister for her bday in uk. £60 flowers that are not worth ten. Flowers were mainly greenery and dead roses.

I requested a refund. They try to use the perishable policy to say they won’t offer a refund even though flowers were dead on arrival

Total scam avoid, flowers arrived broken half dead and smashed up, no vase and total wrong flowers that arrived. They don’t care and have offered 10% off my next order lol 😂 DO NOT USE,

Terrible online experience, regardless of whether you use a browser or their mobile app (which manage to show completely inconsistent information). Despite being a “VIP” customer they failed to provide the promised benefits and after 7 hours I’m still waiting for them to respond to my urgent request for help.

Avoid at all costs.

I paid for premium flowers, but what was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. Their excuse was that the flowers may differ from the pictures, but the arrangement was clearly not of the quality advertised.

When I contacted customer service, they refused to collect the flowers or offer a refund, despite my complaint. Paying a premium price and receiving an inferior product with no meaningful resolution is completely unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience. I would give zero stars if I could.

Terrible. Flowers are significantly different to what was displayed and the roses are already dried out and have loads of black spotting on them as soon as I opened the box

Flowers arrived 24 hrs later than I was told and they were an anniversary gift for my wife. When she opened them, the vase purchased with it was damaged and had a hole in the bottom. I complained and they offered me 20% off next purchase??? They couldn't get the first order right so why would I buy anything else. No apology, steer clear

Absolute scam. First delivery was completely different to what was ordered. The second delivery never arrived, they claim it was delivered, but offered no proof. They also claimed this delivery was made on a Sunday to a business that is closed. They also don’t make it at all clear that you are signing up for a minimum of 3 deliveries before they let you cancel their appalling service.

Just perfect! I ordered some flowers for 48 hours but I did not realised that I chose wrong day, just went on their app, talked to them through the chat box and they have rearranged the date, first thing in the morning my flowers were here, very well packaged, no damage, instructions on how to take care of it. To be honest, very impressive! Going to order again soon and would recommended to anyone who needs a quick and reliable service.

Flowers died 3 days after the delivery. Was offered £20 voucher to write a review on the day of delivery (which I didn’t), and now I see why… very disappointing. They didn’t even care to replay to my message, so I would think twice before trusting good reviews

Absolutely brilliant slight miss ap to start with
But great first communication and sorted very next day
Certain will always continue to us there service and certainly recommend to everyone

No wonder this company come with a warning that trust pilot have removed reviews !! I purchased flowers to be hand delivered 16th July between 12-3 4.30pm still no flowers but an email saying they were unable to deliver i had to reply in 30 mins to confirm delivery on 17th which I did but asked for delivery between by 12 5pm still no flowers no communication apart from a tracking number in evening for royal mail delivery on the Saturday the person who the flowers were for had already left the position by then I requested a refund they refused stating the adress was the issue when I had cctv showing the flowers arrived and were refused on the Saturday.....thankfully I used paypal do not use thus company there are plenty of wonderful flower company's out there i wish id looked for at reviews before I purchased!

I paid extra for 'Same Day delivery' letterbox flowers. This flowers were never received even after two weeks and the company refuses to respond to my messages.
I have now had to file a 'fraud' claim with my bank to retrieve my money. I have proof of failings including a false email from the company advising delivery was made. Royal Mail dispute these claims.

Website says same day delivery, 2 days gone by still not been delivered ordered for a birthday present but didn’t arrive in time and been told can’t cancel even though we are now away on holiday what a complete waste of time and money please stay clear no flowers and no refund

Most shit shop i ever ordered something from there stands same day delivery paid for it aswell then they tell me they cant deliver it same day so onto the next day still not delivered and now i cannot get any contact an absolute disgrace dont buy something here!!

I bought a lovely bouquet of 30 roses for my wife, to arrive on our anniversary.
I paid quite a bit extra to have next day delivery and a morning time slot.
The flowers arrived two days late and were in a box, wilting, having been in London all weekend.
I received 20 roses instead of the 30.
I was offered a £20 voucher for my next purchase, which I naturally refused.
Customer service so slow and unhelpful. No confirmation email after completing order, either, which I found suspicious.
