For the past two weeks I been ring this company and there no answer 3 times 5 times ect no answer, just can't get through if you press 0 the Call ends, so I k ow Emailed them explaining my issues with my bed, another issue you try and make a Claim this is Real fun, you start the claim process fill in your details click on Next the next page does load up it's stays on loading please wait so far for hours, so I cleared all my cache out turned off my phone guess what the same issues. Let's see if they answer my email? Back to the shop where I brought it from my bed

The technician was nice & friendly. I think it would be helpful getting a call enroute. I was just out the shower first thing this morning & he had to wait outside for a little bit whilst I threw clothes on ha! He was understanding about this though. Did his best to try and paint match the colour of the top but was nowhere near so sending off his report & will be back.

The first appointment got cancelled after I had to call up chasing the technician & I hadn’t received a time slot the night before, so that’s my only negative.

I had bought a ‘Stressless’ sofa from Barker and Stonehouse a few months ago. One of the arms was loose.

Emmiera sent a technician who fixed the loose arm quickly and more importantly very tidily.
