I really enjoy my business relationship with Mecca. It's been great doing business with them. The staff is always so nice, I look forward to doing business with them again.

I purchase a 5 piece bedroom set in Philadelphia store on front & Erie ave. Waited well over a month for the items to be delivered when I contact the store several times no-one could never answer my question it was frustrating the. store manager has no clue how to run a store the employees have more knowledge than the manager of the store ....I requested a refund I got the run around that ...had go to city hall to fill with better Business Bureau about the unfair practice once was done..... The next morning my bedroom set was deliver it 8 a.m. I will never recommend anyone to buy furniture from Mecca furniture the absolute worst place ever

I wish I could give less than 1 star. This place is horrible. They tell you you are purchasing furniture to own and allow you to sign up for a payment plan, but they lie to you. It really is a lease they sign you up for without telling you. And if you plan to not lease and own the furniture you end up paying way more than than the original cost. Plus the quality of the couches are not great.

Do not do business with them unless you enjoy a headache and wasting money.

Real good got a whole living room set and I'm happy with my purchase took a long time to deliver but all in all I'm going back

Worst experience ever. Products comes from warehouse missing pieces, screws all kinds of stuff. Then takes a whole month or longer to "reorder" parts that should've been there in the first place. Fucing rip off

Cheap furniture. We purchase a couch and love seat a few months ago and the cushions are already going flat. Also don't trust them with financing. They'll pull a bait n switch and you'll end up paying way more. Also their financing companies only report to credit for failure to pay or late payments.

I received my order on time the employees were very helpful and nice

Great store but customer service sucks ... they just try to make that sale and don't care bout nothing else ... Not even explain nothing to you .... I basically had to call the lender to find out a Lot of things not that I have any problem with calling them ... I just won't do anymore business there in the future sorry....

I don't get my receipt in email nor do yall remind a person before payment is do its good to know just in case I forget I'm going in the store this week nor do u send out nor thru email how many payments left

I will NEVER shop with Furniture Mecca again!! They offered what I thought was financing but turned out to be a lease that would seemingly never end if I hadn't called to inquire. To make matters worse, wooden the bunk beds that I purchased broke and there was no warranty because one wasn't offered to me. I didn't even have the beds for a year before they became unusable and wasn't even due to abuse. They just collapsed. First the top then the bottom. I had to pay more than they were worth and I wrote an email and called Furniture Mecca and no one reached out to me and I felt abandoned and duped.

I feel like I paid a lot of money for the furniture that I purchase. It was cheap and didn't last a year. When I called the store that told me because I didn't purchase a warranty. There was nothing they could do for me. The kids dressers fell apart under a year. The donning chairs were loose I was told to give the guys who delivered the furniture to give them a couple of dollars they could tighten them up. Under a year also. Poor customer service they don't even go out their well to try and fix the problem. I would never purchase anything from Mecca furniture store Lancaster. Signed an unhappy customer. The bunk bed is falling apart. My daughter bed broke the wood broke in half. The is a very thin teenager.
