Good product range,prices are ok compared to other Italian sites. Delivery was quick ( I appreciated the paper bags rather then plastic ones :) Few products were relatively short dated and I was given a full refund for it. Fantastic and efficient customer service

Terribly sorry they won't deliver outside of London, even though many other high-quality food shops now deliver across the UK using appropriate couriers and packing materials. Only Londoners can avail themselves of the wonderful selection of Italian products MyGusto provides, quindi tutti noi siamo in difficoltà!

There is a wide variety of food to choose from: cheese, hams, bread and pizza, biscuits, oil, frozen food such as veg, pasta and sauces and anything else that an Italian kitchen would need, including salt and sugar!
Anything I bought (and I have been a client for a few months) has been a delight to eat, I do not have a single complaint.
Sometimes the food is cheaper than if bought in Italy. Being Italian, I have the "habit" to fill my luggage with food - those times are now gone.
The delivery is also super speedy, you can get it the day after.
If you have any question, there is a live chat in the day, and they will reply at once.
Sometimes they give you little gifts, that also makes you feel in Italy, where businesses do give you something new to try for free.
I have recommended a few friends, and they all have become clients and share my views and excitement.

It turned very positive :)
I made an order and it was meant to arrive by next day delivery.
However, for some reasons the order did t arrive and I had to call them to find out what happened.
The lady on the phone was very helpful and rescheduled my delivery for the next morning which arrived perfectly and I received a free packet of biscuit 😉.
The driver was very helpful also.
Very happy with the service provided and the quality of the food.

I'm a great fan of Italian food and there are some good delis in London to get the real thing - Luigi's, Lina Stores etc - but the pork & fennel sausages I had from MyGusto were the absolute business. Great service too.
