Great customer service
Easily followed the instructions to take the blood but made a mistake with one of the numbers to register the test and realised this after posting. The speed of replying and customer service was excellent, they sorted it and I received my results a couple of days later.
Definitely recommend.

Missing results
Test was easy to do with Very quick results, but you have to log in to see they are back.
Was only given half the results with no explanation why.
Sadly the results we didn’t get were one of the main results we wanted.

When only part of a result is available, it usually indicates that the laboratory was unable to produce a valid result for one or more biomarkers. This could be due to haemolysis, sample clotting, insufficient sample volume. In these situations, customers are contacted with the option to provide a new sample to be sent to our lab to test against and attempt to obtain those missing results.

A really useful service to help look after your own health.
I found the kit easy to use. Processing of my sample was quick and analysis of my results by a doctor really helpful. The speed of process and analysis removed a lot of the anxiety around waiting for test results.
