The health hub forces you to make appointments. We have been waiting for far more then 2 hrs. To put on the doctor is typical unfair. The simple first come first serve system will avoid not necessarily the frustration as you are from the beginning know whats going on

So easy to test at home.Timely results.Great for remote areas to access this service without having to make three trips- one to doctor ,-one to blood test,-one to be given results.
I can be more in control of my Diabetes.

The diabetes test I did at home was very straightforward to do, and the sample was processed quickly and emailed to me within a few days of posting the sample back. Instructions sent with the test were clear and easy to follow. Impressive service by my health test and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product

I really like the convenience of the service you provide. My only concern is I have purchased kits from you twice now that have very limited used by dates. When you are selling the kits I think you should state the date of expiry as I have a pack that I cannot use as it is out of date, I bought 1 kit a few months ago when you had a promotion going for cheaper kits. I bought one to keep for later this year and when it arrived they both had the same expiry date 1/11/20. If I had known this I wouldn't have bought the 2nd one, I would have waited and purchased it at a later date.

What a great service to do at home.
Thyroid kit arrived in a week and all instructions were there making it easy to do the test. Result came back within a week. Fast and simple.Anyone can do it. Can't fault. Happy to give 5 stars.

This is a great service to have access to. Doctors are sometimes reluctant to do testing so being able to buy my own, to test my hba1c regularly, is very convenient. Cost is very affordable for this particular test.
They even sent me a reminder about 6 weeks before test was to expire so it didn’t go to waste.

Getting my finger to bleed to fill in the spots was akin to getting blood out of a stone!! I bleed enough to do a blood test every morning, but NOT to the extent to fill in those HUGE spots!! I just hope it was enough to do a test,

Our daughter is a type 1 diabetic she is 3 years old and didn’t feel comfortable putting her through the nightmare of a full on adulation blood test and this was a much better way to go and she even thought it was pretty cool too.

A great service. Kits are delivered quickly and testing happens as soon as they get get the samples. I love that I can look at my test history to see how I'm going. Definitely recommend and also if you have any kind of issue with the testing they are so helpful. Can't fault them at all
