My Health Test was great, very fast results and easy to understand. All in all a great experience.

Great product .. very easy to use with clear and helpful instructions and the results were very quick too.

This is my first experience of MyHealth Test and it was positive in all respects including its endorsement by Diabetes NSW/ACT, the provision of the Pack and the quality of the instructions. I liked the quality of the results report and the provision for future tests in My Account.

Is a bit pricey to purchase a test, but very very convenient to have hba1c test.

Easy, reliable and FAST (I sent my sample in the postbox on Sunday afternoon, by Monday morning I had my results back) way to manage your own health proactively. I also like that I have ownership of my results, rather than it being in my GPs computer.

MyHealthTest is an excellent service that is easy, simple and efficient for both users and carers. From my experience all traditional pathology labs outright refuse to cater to people have a phobia of needles. A fear and a phobia are completely different, but are treated exactly the same at every pathology provider with the sad response "but we use a butterfly cannula". Sorry no its still a needle and therefore unacceptable because of my phobia of needles. MyHealthtest is the very first pathology lab service I can now access for blood tests.

Further, traditional pathology labs provide no point of care testing or blood smear testing. Invasive testing is their model, which is fine but not for everyone. Why take a vial of blood if you just need a few drops? and to be honest I would rather see my test results first than find out later from healthcare provider. MyHealthTest results go straight to me first which is great as I can then choose who I share that information with.

The range of services should be expanded for health monitoring of common conditions such as cholesterol,iron, vitamin B ect. Many people need to monitor these levels and dont need to see a medical professional if their levels are normal, at home testing allows for easy and frequent self monitoring without the need and cost of continual medical appointments. If the home test kit flags an issue then there is apt reason to go see a medical professional.It would be great to see a wider range of offerings at MyHealthTest.

I strongly believe that point of care diagnostic testing and non invasive testing is the future of health care and MyHealthTest is the first pathology provider that is providing this future forward and person centered service in Australia.

Very easy to order and the process well described. Results available very quickly.

No criticism at all of MyHealthTest. The whole process of requesting test kit, receiving test kit, taking samples and forwarding test samples was simple and straight forward. Results were available shortly after the blood spots were received. Only criticism is for Australia Post. It took three days for the spots envelope to be received at MyHealthTest.

They were wonderful. FIVE stars definitely.
