My ebay item was stolen ...

My ebay item was stolen whilst with the courier. Their resolution service is useless and their communication system for filing dispute seems designed to frustrate the caller. This is positively the last time I use them and Ebay would do well not to suggest them as it also damages their reputation.

UPDATE. the item has now been- as far as Evri are concerned! - 'delivered'. However, the package was simply resealed and all it contained was a plastic cover used originally to protect the item. I THINK WE CUSTOMERS SHOULD CREATE A STINK. I WOULD WRITE TO THE POLICE AND CONTACT YOUR MP. THEY REALLY DO NEED DEALING WITH. WHOSE INTERESTED IN SORTING OUT THIS AWFUL UNETHICAL COMPANY?

Just don't use these people and sellers just dont

Just lie. I have been on both days they said they tried to deliver. No they did not. Tried calling all automated, no joy. Today they said they tried to deliver but when I phoned the automated call service (no humans are ever available) they say (although they said they tried to deliver) it is with the seller. Sellers, avoid like the plague, everyone else managed it, never Hermes. To prove a point the Amazon man managed it at midday!!

Ordered Cuprinol on Amazon

Ordered Cuprinol on Amazon. Didn't notice delivery company at point of ordering. Unfortunately I had the same experience 2-3 weeks ago with Hermes.
Hermes which said "Unfortunately, Hermes Uk ran into an issue when attempting your delivery" "they will try again"
We were working outside the front of our house all morning and no Hermes driver came! Hermes tracking says it left the depot at 10.43 and attempted delivery at 10.43 One minute later! impossible.

EVRI/My Hermes non delivery

Paid for next day delivery didn't receive my parcel.
Also told the retailer i wont buy from them again if they use Evri/MyHermes as their courier.
Also gave negative feedback to the retailer for using them.

Hermes, evri, how do you sleep at night

Ordered a garden storage box from amazon hermes at last minute changed delivery date causing me problems, it arrived in damaged box, parts inside smashed.
Ordered replacement and again delivery was changed at last minute and had to cancel a day out to be home between 10.30 and 7pm, mid afternoom this extended to 8pm and then never turned up atall, message came through that attempt was made at 7.56, no it was not, they not only employ morons but lying morons as well.
I put one star to make a point but they would have make masive improvements to deserve even that, I will never buy again on amazon if the seller uses them.

I ordered quite a few holiday items a…

I ordered quite a few holiday items a month ago each with several different postal services. I have received items delivered by Yodel, Royal Mail, DPD. All of them have arrived on time apart from the only two items being delivered by Hermes which have been delayed and i wont get before i travel. Disgusting service, I'm so annoyed and I will never order anything being delivered by these cowboys ever again even if they have changed to Evri

Hermes, worst courier company

According to Amazon, Hermes tried to deliver my item on 14th but, Hermes website says it's not out for delivery yet as does Evri. This is the second time a courier company have 'lost' my item and, the same company responsible HERMES

Only because I can't give them nothing…

Only because I can't give them nothing or a minus. They claim to have had trouble delivering to me on Saturday 2O th but couldn't access my address. This is an Amazon parcel but sent by a seperate supplier. They claim they tried to deliver again today at 12.35 and now the excuse is that the address is incomplete. I have been sitting buy the window all morning. I'm told by Amazon to contact Hermes directly. Has anyone ever actually tried that? You can't talk to a person. The automated voice tells me that the supplier will be in contact shortly. What the hell does that mean. These are indigestion tablets that I have had many times before. Not gold bars. I have paid £29 for several packs of these things. If supplier Pennguin UK ever wants my business again they had better get their act together and supply my order. Since writing this I have tried to contact Pennguin directly. Their site down't show a phone number . they suggest you email them but an attempt to do so comes up with a security warning. What is going on?

Hermes are ALWAYS useless

Hermes are useless. Hermes are hopeless. Ordered two items from Amazon. One was delivered on time today. The other due to be delivered by Hermes, claims (a total fabrication) that they tried unsuccessfully twice today giving false details of those attempts. Funny how one courier finds us and our secure post box and the other Hermes, cannot. DO NOT TRUST HERMES!

I was meant to receive a parcel…

I was meant to receive a parcel received my parcel on Saturday only to receive an email saying no one was in,but I was,the email said they will redeliver on Monday so I waited then I received an email saying no one was in and they will redeliver on Tuesday (today)so I waited my other parcel was delivered but not the one they said they will redeliver, I even tried to call them and got nothing so I went on there site to message a robot lol I got an email saying they are on the case and that I could email Claire any time so I did but she's still yet to reply back to me,I actually called net work sports direct 😉 and they are cancelling hermes courier and sending me out my parcel using another courier service, you are rubbish and need to up your game or trust me you will eventually go out of business!!

Unprofessional service

Don’t deserve a star completely useless requested call back on 23rd November 2023 on the automated system it clearly says we will aim to respond in 24 hours oh guess what no phone call back got a email on Sunday 26th

The backdrop to this review

21st Nov parcel dispatched through them

22nd 4:32pm we’ve collected your parcel, 4:55pm we’ve not been able to collect your parcel, your parcel is being sorted at local depot 4:56pm I got email saying we will attempt to deliver your parcel on Thursday 23rd

23rd Nov 7:19am processing parcel at local hub

24th Nov 1:58pm received my package just shoved in letter box really hanging out nobody knocked the door I was in absolutely disgusting service as a whole from them

26th this is the email response from them

Despite my efforts to escalate this yesterday I can see there's been no further progress on your parcel.

I'm really sorry about this. If you could bear with me a little longer I am going to ask the local depot to do a thorough search for your parcel as it looks as though it has been misplaced.

This can take up to 48 hours so I will be back in touch in 2 days to confirm next steps. As always you can reply to this email if you have any questions & I'll be happy to help.
