My parcel was left on my doorstep all afternoon when I'd specifically asked for it to be left in my blue bin. Im not happy

I live in a very large detached house in farmland with no near neighbours so i accept that it is difficult to find my property !!! This time it took Herpes 9 days to deliver my parcel but on the upside that was a record for them.Easily the worst Courier in the universe !!

Been waiting for over a week for a service that still hasn't been delivered. Two items and still no item. Both the seller and I am confused to how this company is allowed to operate. Never go with Hermes!

I thought i could leave 5 stars as a goof, but as they have likely stolen my latest parcel I dont have a sense of humour. How are they still in business is beyond my understanding!
At least 50 parcels have dissappereared or arrived broken. Hermes and Evri avoid! If you dont know who will be the carrier my advise is to check before you purchase! waiting for my refund from ebay.... The seller said, i will refund you once you have looked everywhere! Geez!

Every experience I have with Hermes is bad. The latest is failing to deliver at all on a must sign for delivery. I had to arrange to stay at home for the day. They said it was out for delivery and then a complete on show. This is the latest in a chain of bad experiences which include damaged packages, packages left out in the rain, packages delivered to the wrong address. I don’t understand how they remain in business. Would give zero stars if that was an option

Can i not give Hermes a lower score?? Absolutely useless..im convinced they do one drop a week in my area irrespective of the suppliers agreed date of deliver. Daylight robbery!!!!

Tracking variously advised delivery as Thursday/Friday 27/28th July so on Thursday morning I checked for updates, as I knew I would be out for some of that day, only to find it had been delivered the previous day/evening, Wednesday. No knock on the door, or if there was he didn’t bother to make sure we heard, and no new email to tell us it had been delivered. It had just been propped up against the door. We’d had heavy rain overnight so the cardboard box was totally sodden and disintegrating as it was picked up. For once I’m thankful the contents were in plastic bags, but the driver wouldn’t have known that so obviously didn’t care how he left it.

If I see that delivery is to be by Hermes/Evri, I would seriously consider shopping around for an alternative.

The parcel was one day delivery. Dispatched 22/7 arrived 25/7. If you can choose delivery company not use them!

when will they Go bankrupt and go out of our life, delivering in rusty old vans and school run cars 5 days later than when they collected it from the sender

If I could rate them zero I would, why amazon us then I have no idea, absolutely a shower of szzt company. Pzz poor customer service.

Tracking information stated item was delivered. Photo evidence showed someone else's door. Map location evidence showed a different road (which has a different post code) How in hell are they even allowed to operate?

Absolutely disgusting who the f@:? is in charge they need stringing up what utter jokes I no longer make purchases if Hermes are the courier

Update to last review, parcel was delivered to my local depot at 2 this morning (according to them) for delivery today, quess what not delivered why are they allowed to have a licence this shouldn't be allowed to go on.
So tomorrow will be day 10 for a next day delivery
package. I shall never again purchase any item I have fore knowledge it is Evri/Hermes as courier

they employ arguably the worst and useless people they can find.they decide when they want to deliver and loose more than they deliver . this company should not exist .

6 houses in my area, 6. And they are all close to one another yet the driver couldn’t be bothered yet again. I have Amazon deliveries every day but if it’s Hermes it can never be delivered.

The reason for this is so that they can charge you the customer an extra fee to deliver it!! Utter scam company and if anyone uses them they won’t get my business.

Most dodge company with distressful standards, laying about attending delivery and claiming nobody at home when we have 24/7 reception service

This company is not to be trusted when I here an item is being delivered by this company I immediately have a pain in my stomach knowing that 8/10 something bad will probably happen like leave my packages to be stolen or leave with a crackhead at some random house down the street or even they say its been delivered and never bring this company needs to go it's the most awful kind of unprofessionalism I've ever known

Why oh why did I use Hermes again. Perhaps I'd got over them dropping my parcel on a local hotel car park for it to be kindly delivered by the staff there to my home.
This time the tracking number on my collection receipt turned out to be already in use for someone else's parcel. Good news, the "chatbot" confirms their parcel is on its way - my parcel, who knows?
