Kevin was so helpful and amazing at getting back to me with some great deals. Gutted I couldn't book in the end, but I will definitely be intouch for next year when I can get more time off work.

I ask an information and guide on how to travel on 3 European Country and at the same time I was given a superb customer service by Kevin.

I was scrolling Facebook when I came across My Holiday Guide. They were advertising a holiday that I was interested in so I clicked on the link and asked for more details. Within seconds I had a reply from Robert willing to give me a quote on said holiday. After giving him the details of airports and how many people were travelling he then replied with a holiday itinerary and price. It was a good deal and will definitely bear it in mind when I am in a position to book a holiday. A very quick and efficient service.

after looking at it myself, I gave up and use my holiday guide. Eric was great as I didn't actually message till quite late at night as we were out and when he got back to me at that time we continued our conversation which is easiest for me to do while I am sat in bed after putting two kids to sleep and finishing for the day. Eric gave us a couple of choices and having made the choice sorted out the payment plan. I made everything nice and easy. Most of these conversations were past 10 o'clock at night so he has patience! great experience would definitely recommend a use again. Thank you Eric 🤩

Our triple city trip to Budapest/Vienna/Prague was such a nice experience. It was well thought and organised by Eric.
Our accomodations were in the heart of the city making it easier transport.
