Seen this was a local company to NI so thought I’d give it a try. So glad I did…if you like easy ordering with great customer service, this is the company for you!

When placing my order there was a slight issue with not recognising my address. However, Steven was quick at responding to my messages and resolved the issue. I placed my order on Friday and received by Tuesday.

I haven’t put them up yet but they look fanatic in the box. I ordered 2 x Akupanel in natural oak. I received 10% discount for my first order and grabbed the October deal of free delivery. Will definitely be ordering again and wish this business all the success.

Not only are they a local company, but they also beat major competitors on pricing - I saved £40 per panel by purchasing from them.
Very quick and efficient on the phone - had some trouble with filling in my shipping address on the site, but totally resolved by following their instruction with brilliant customer service.
In addition, they went the extra mile by contacting me the same day to confirm receipt of my order and email, and also informing me that they will deliver my order the next day - amazing news! (for anyone who lives in NI, this is rare for us!)
