I have been buying their Bella earrings for a few years now. They make good presents for my friends and family, and I am in the process of collecting all the colours.

Sometimes, I get very frustrated because the colours I want (usually in the bigger sizes) are always out of stock. However, I have no complaints at all regarding the speed of delivery and the courier they use to deliver their products. They always arrive very quickly.

On some occasions, the earrings will take longer to arrive as they are shipped from Australia. When this happens, the Seller always take the initiative to explain to me by email about the longer time it would take for my items to arrive, the goods need to go through customs clearance etc.

Overall, I am very happy with the quality of their products and their customer service.

I have bought many Bella earrings over the past few years in each of the four sizes, like the fact you buy one set and get one set free, the quality of the earrings is excellent and I get many remarks on the different colours when I wear them. I have bought some as presents and I like the little bag that comes with them so look really expensive to give as a gift

Earrings beautiful. However one pair sent instead of 2 pair. However easy enough to deal with and second pair being sent out. However likely too late as these were ordered for Xmas presents

I love the Bella 4ct earrings. Had a few pairs for a couple of years and just purchased four pairs, two for friends for Christmas gifts and two for myself. They don’t tarnish, even when I swim in them and wear one pair daily. I also receive lots of lovely compliments when wearing them. The only minor issue is waiting for stock but not worth the removal of a star.

Delivery was fast, the items are beautiful.
Only one suggestion: you should think about selling replacements in case if a loss of only one charm or earring. I lost one but had to buy a pair 🤷‍♀️
