I have been waiting for a refund for a faulty product almost 2 months - only one email after a 3 weeks to say refund approve then nothing. Do not reply to emails. Awful service would not recommend.
Taking advantage of children with disabilities
After communicating with Nikolai before purchasing the waterproof training headset and transmitter, we were very excited to order the product to enable our deaf son to fully benefit from swimming lessons. The cost of the device was a big deal for our family. We received the product eventually, which took longer than we were initially led to believe, but were amazed how well our son did in his first lesson using the device. We then went to charge the transmitter after the third use and it was faulty. We immediately contacted Nikolai and he was very slow to respond. He eventually asked what the issue was after us messaging him a couple of times, and then failed to respond to any more of our persistent messages. I am disgusted that this man can take the money for a product that is at best poorly made, cheap china knock off crap. If the time was spent researching quality parts this would be an amazing piece of kit to aid those with disabilities. Nikolai ought to be ashamed of himself. His website is half finished and there are no terms and conditions for returning faulty items, now we know why. I would highly recommend avoiding this company and if you do buy something from him ensure you are covered by your method of payment for the ability to reclaim your money.
Highly recommended
I purchased a couple of pairs of headphones from them a bit over a year ago. Nikolai was super helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had and was able to change the colour I had ordered without a problem when I changed my mind (before sending them out). Would highly recommend them in terms of customer service.
The headphones are also great. I love my Wave headphones for open water swimming and the Solo Q1 headphones, a present for a child, are also in frequent use and they are very happy with them.
Overall great customer service, great products, I'm about to order more.
Excellent for coaching horse riding
I purchased a transmitter and two head sets to use for coaching horse riding. The head sets fit without interfering with the rider”s helmet and do not move wether riding dressage or jumping . One of my clients is deaf and training her was difficult, now she hears every word I say . The sound is transmitted over a very long distance and I have used it for teaching cross country riding as well as in large arenas , The customer service I have received is excellent and I could not recommend this company and their products more highly , Sabrina Jones FBHS

I am taken aback reading some of the reviews written here? I originally purchased the MyJukes Pro Transmitter and Radio Combo Pack, and have just ordered the Junior Headset and the wireless microphone. It’s amplified my swims and my output. I’m able to focus with my ADHD on getting through a successful swim without distractions. This product puts me in the right headspace for a swim with the versatility to listen to anything my phone/iPad can stream. No issues with this product, and no stress with multiple support enquiries which have received a pleasant and prompt response!
I am a swimming teacher, and club coach, not only does this help with my personal swims, but it is a great piece of kit to support any of my swimmers that may benefit from that realtime feedback. A sturdy and reliable product that is still meeting my expectations and needs.
Thanks for filling the void in my training after lots of research for this product. It’s not meant for music so to speak, and I was sceptical. A little alteration of my Spotify equalisation settings to remove some bass and works a treat. Sounds tinny out of the water, but as soon as you’re in the water it dampens the high frequency’s and you start to feel the presence of the content.
I am absolutely firm about good quality, purposeful products, and personally wouldn’t have gone back to order again if I had an issue with my initial purchase.
one star for two faulty products
The one star is for the product - the customer service was better!
I received my first set and downloaded a few mp3 files to test. When I went to add some more shortly afterwards I got the error message on my PC that the set had malfunctioned. I tried on a laptop and got the same message, and soon it wasn't connecting/registering at all.
Jukes promptly sent out a replacement set - having told me that they were having problems with some headsets - however, that gave me the malfunction message as soon as I plugged it in. I was told I could have a refund or try again, but we actually agreed that I'd get a 50% refund and a pre-tested headset. However, I had to chase them up for that and in the end got a 100% refund with no replacement.
It's a shame as I'd done some research and thought Jukes would best suit my needs, but I don't understand why they are sending out sets when they seem to know that there are problems with many of them.

MyJukes waterproof earphones are faulty and have stopped working after using them for 2 months.
I have tried to make contact with the company since July with no responses. I have sent emails and tried to use the online chat but any contact I have made has been ignored.

Faulty item, no exchange, no refund
It's been 3 months of me having a faulty product that NEVER worked, being £70 out of pocket and the person i purchased them for having no gift. Having contacted them several times regarding the broken headphones they have ignored me since I requested a refund. Shocking customer service.
Terrible product, disappointing customer service
The product upon first test did not perform as intended - bone conducting headphones: sound really faint outdoors, and basically inaudible under water. The company refused a full refund as the product had been tested - How else are we supposed to know if it works or not??

Giving 1 stars as the initial interaction was positive but have been left with very negative feeling now.
Bought headphones for my partner, I messaged asking for possibility of speedy shipping, which they obliged at no extra charge (great!)
They arrived and were faulty. I contacted them to say so and was advised to return for exchange. In the waiting for this to happen I decided we wanted a refund and asked for one - now I am being ignored by them totally - no new item sent and no refund given - they have £70 of my money and I have no product!
Having been very responsive I am now being ignored.

Avoid MyJukes like the plague
The Owner of MyJukes (Nicolai Thompson from Chesham) is a scammer. When i had a problem with my headphones when less than a week old he blanked all contact until i got his mobile number. He then sent a replacement set with the exact same fault and continued to blank all communication. Do not buy from this company! They have recently submitted an application to be struck off on companies house but the website is still up and running, taking your orders which may not be fulfilled. He is also involved in a number of different businesses on companies house. Hes a cowboy chasing a quick buck and when it all goes wrong, you are left carrying the can!
REPLY TO MYJUKES: I first mailed you on 22nd May explaining the replacement pair were also faulty, you wasn't quick to reply then. I waited 5 weeks to post this reply after you ghosted me. It seems like you only reply when its out in the open!
The last email i sent the day before this review was the final straw, If you read it the day before, you could have called or replied to me.
15th July - So Nocoli replied and had a whinge but still no reply to actually refund / rectify the dud heaphones he sold me even though he knows of the issue.

Have never experienced such appallingly shocking customer service. The unit is faulty (not working/ waterproof) I asked to return them for them to investigate the problem. They point blank refused a return and just said all their items worked!! Am having to contact my card issuer as they cannot even abide by selling laws. Avoid this company at all costs they have a lot to learn about selling laws and customer service. Rude & Shocking!

Does not turn on after one use - no way of contacting them , have tried live chat a few emails and even Instagram , no response at all.
Took my money and ran
Purchased product online. No update on order for two weeks. Finally got notified that the order could not be fulfilled and was told the money would be refunded. Never received refund. Have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is a drop ship website. You can buy these headphones directly through Aliexpress.

My jukes aren't working properly. I've emailed, messaged via the website and social media to resolve and had no response. Customer service seems to be non existent... its such a shame as these were brought for training so it's also affected my fitness regime as well

Enough is enough... I really wanted to enjoy this product...
I truly wanted to try your product, placed an order on march 11, more than 2 months ago. I understood the delays in production, the errors with UPS when they said "Service Disruption Occurred" on april 27 .
What I can not accept is the constant delays in communication. I requested a refund 12 days ago when you said the package was returned to you. To this day I have not recieved a reply on my refund, an update on my order, anything. This is unacceptadble from a company that requests payment upfront. You have my money, you have my product, you have my official request for a refund...
There is nothing in the way that I feel I have been treated as a customer that makes me want to give a review that has more than 1 star. If I could I would literaly rate my customer experience with 0 stars.
I look forward to your reply in order to resolve this issue.

Best bit of training kit ever.
Having had an original head set which alas fell apart. I have invested in the Pro headset this time. Much easier to charge, fully compatable with the walki-talkie part originally purchased, volume control.
Used for an elite swimmer with a learning diability to provide real time feedback. Best bit of training kit out of everything ever bought. Never leave home without it for a training session.
