Very happy with service ,very happy with headset have used in water and out .I only use for audio books ,so audio quality is good for that purpose . Overall for first couple of days definitely very happy.

Great customer service as usual! Fast shipping great products.

Absolutely awful customer service. They sent me a faulty headset and will only refund if I post back at my own cost and its quite a large box.

I've been emailing back and forth for weeks and have gotten nowhere, they don't care that I'm skint at the moment and don't see why I should be out of pocket to post THEIR faulty product back!

OK , Honestly they are amazing , I have been using the junior set for 2 years
really good , I have just purchased the Adult set , still very good but not as loud as the Junior set . I haven't used the adult ones in the water yet . I am a bit apprehensive . I have tried them in the house and they are definitely quieter
than the Junior ones .

Absolutely fantastic and truly excellent customer service. They have replied to emails quickly and helped me through the process with their knowledge. I have a hearing loss and these products have changed the way I am able to hear through the bone conduction technology; both through the headsets in the water and the ear phones out of the water. Amazing company.

Extremely fast delivery not been able to test it due to pool shut for holidays

My jukes ear pieces and microphone have revolutionised my daughters experience in the swimming pool she has had gradual hearing loss and auditory processing delay. After one session she came out of her session beaming and positive that she could hear every word the coach said and it made her swimming easier and more pleasurable . We wish we had found this years ago . Can’t thank everyone at Jukes enough !

My daughter’s jukes headset stopped charging, so I contacted the company and they sorted out a replacement immediately.
We decided to upgrade to the Pro and the charging system is much better, so worth the price difference.

My Jukes have provided a great customer service from start to finish. From in depth help and information on purchasing the product to great customer service on going, going above and beyond to help in any way they can

I recently purchased the new jukes pro for my company and I feel that jukes have designed a better more advanced head set that is absolutely brilliant! The jukes products have completely changed the way my company teach and I would totally recommend that any teacher/coach try their head sets. They’re a complete teaching game changer!

Headset and handset easy to use comfortable to wear and long charge.
