I have been waiting for a refund for a faulty product almost 2 months - only one email after a 3 weeks to say refund approve then nothing. Do not reply to emails. Awful service would not recommend.

Excellent service
We borrowed a trial set of the transmitter and bone conduction headset for my deaf son. The transformation in his swimming and attitude to swimming was immediate. The swim teachers who used it absolutely loved being able to give constant feedback and stroke correction instead of waiting until he reaches the end of the pool, which at the speed my son swam it could take a long time! They loved it so much they are looking to purchase sets for their disabled swimming lessons.
The service from Nicolai was brilliant. We have ordered and received a set for ourselves which was delivered very quickly. Sadly we’ve not been able to use it due to lockdown but hoping to get back in the pool soon.
My son has moderate/severe sensori-neural loss.

This is my second positive review
This is my second review. Both my dealings with MyJukes have been fantastic. My first order of a headset, mic and transmitter came promptly and in very secure packaging. Product is brilliant and changed my teaching and lessons. I’d used it for 6 months literally everyday for hours. Unfortunately my microphone stopped working. I contacted them and without any questions or trouble they dispatched a new one with no charge. The new microphone turned up within a few days even over the festive period and a pandemic! I couldn’t rate this company enough. Brilliant.

Excellent Service
Excellent Service - We have been using the MyJukes technology now for over 18 months and hey are a revelation. We honestly could not "coach" without them now. They are our huge USP and they deliver clear communication to our athletes. Nicholai and Joel are fast at responding to questions and customer loyalty is first class.
