They are an authorized seller of Fjallraven. You can verify it on the Fjallraven's website. I ordered a 15 inch Laptop bag and I am so satisfied with my order. I paid for the shipping fee without knowing that they only deliver via post mail. I contacted the customer service through their website chat and informed them about my payment of shipping fee and they kindly refunded my shipping fee. They also shipped my order the same day that I purchased it and received in UAE post office in 2 days. Also, the bags are cheaper to buy on them rather on the Fjallraven's website since they are not charging for Tax if you order from other country. I highly recommended them and planning to order another bag.

The products are utterly originals but the customer service is nonexistent. I've sent a message regarding my order, and they haven't responded it yet. It took 1 month to arrive to my country (Mexico), but I understand that my local post services are a disaster here. Finally, the interface is not user-friendly, specifically in mobiles, it doesn't appear the login icon to enter.
Concerning the backpack, is completely amazing, well constructed and with all the authenticity tags that certify the product. I'd buy from here again!
