user-friendly and provides helpful information, which I appreciate. However, I am still currently waiting for my refund, and it has taken longer than expected. I would really appreciate more updates or communication regarding the status. I hope the matter is resolved soon, as I believe in the quality of service the platform usually offers.

THIS A TOTAL AND UTTER SCAM
I had paid £1.99 for a surprise gift on the carraway website to purchase kitchen utensils. I purchased it but however, in the confirmation email they had forwarded me to 'mykitchenvip' and I had put my email. Then I apparently had a subscription with them, which I had no intention of doing. Then I went to their customer support and told them to cancel my subscription with them, which they apparently did and no further transactions will be applied. Then I saw a transaction of £40.11 on my bank account, despite me telling them I wanted to cancel my subscription, which I didn't even want. In a nutshell, they offer you a package for a very cheap price and then charge you for an unwanted subscription. I highly recommend to avoid this horrible and absolute scam!!!
