I got Lured, scam, watch out!

Lured (in May 2024) with a "contribution to the shipping costs" of € 2, - for a kitchen surprise that never arrived. Then suddenly a monthly debit of 67.80. I requested a refund in the chat, would happen, never got it back.
End of November suddenly another debit of 67.80. and Now on December 11th another one!! I never ordered anything for it, or received anything for it and see it as a big scam!! In the meantime I filled out a dispute form for the credit card, but something like that takes weeks, and in the meantime they just write off this amount again at mykitchenvip!! Fraud!! watch out for these guys who use phishing!!
Yesterday I complained about their practices and demanded that they stop charging me. After I told them I would write a review, they quickly refunded 1 amount? I think I can kiss the rest goodbye!
