I was experiencing problems with my nails lifting after i'd been using Mylee products for a year. I contacted customer services who replied very promptly with advice & continued to do so throughout all our correspondence. They offered to refund me for the products I'd recently purchased. Very happy customer.

I brought the kit in January and I have only used it twice. The gel doesn’t cure properly and stays tacky, even when thinly applied and use the prep & wipe. Really disappointed as all the nail vanishes I received are gloopy which I assume means are old stock. !!

Purchased a Mylee main kit as I was sick and tired of the expense and time it takes to visit a nail bar and I’m so glad I did. Alongside the kit I also purchased a bottle of dehydrator to give my manicure the best chance of lasting. After reading reviews on here I was worried about the gel polish peeling but am pleased to say I’ve had my nails done a week now with no issues such as lifting or peeling. Not sure I will wait the whole 3 weeks to see if they last as I get bored so will probably do them again in a different colour at the end of this week. All in all I’m impressed with the kit and see it as a good investment

Having bought a nail dip kit which really ruined my nails, decided to go back to gel and bought a Mylee kit. Couldn’t recommend them enough, the products are really good value and there is so much to choose from in terms of colours and extras.
Really glad I bought my kit from here and it keeps my nails healthy.

Ordered what I thought was remover in the blue bottle. Been out of stock ages so did it quickly. Then realised it was a different product. Emailed customer service straight away to ask to cancel and a refund. Answered within a few hours and refunded my payment.
Can only say this is the best customer service I have experienced, thank you Beatrice for sorting out my mistake. Will keep an eye out for restock of wanted product .

I received a nail varnish that when opened was very lumpy and unusable. I sent a WhatsApp to Mylee and received an immediate response, followed by an email from 'Neren' confirming the order of a similar gel polish as the original one was out of stock. Great service.

I ordered 2 pet urn necklaces as I lost my dog last week. They are well made and they arrived very quickly. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Have wrote a complaint before and you replied saying we weren’t using the kit correctly followed the instructions and the last complaint and shock the kits just rubbish! Gel doesn’t cure properly and stays tacky! Absolute load of rubbish! Better results using a rimmel gel polish such a waste of money my daughter is gutted.
Best place for this kit is in the bin it’s just cheap!

As I first time customer I'm very impressed with mylee products and there customer service team. I ordered a first time starter gel kit and it's brilliant. So easy to use! I'm only on day 4 of gelled nails but so far so good. I have 0 chips and no peeling! Will definitely be ordering some more colours. I did have an issue with one if the gel bottle remover only being half full. I emailed mylee and had a response within the hour and received a replacement bottle with in two days. Mylees customer service so far is exceptional! I would definitely recommend!

I used their next day delivery service. Don’t waste your money the standard service is quicker and they refused to provide a refund for the poor service. I like the product, but this experience has certainly encouraged me to look elsewhere.
i’ve used sisters mylee for about two years now and i’ve never had an issue. for my birthday i got the whole kit FOR £200. i was so excited. i started doing my nails and noticed that the products were different and my nails were super itchy and red and angry. once day, i did my toes and nails. i couldn’t take the itchiness anymore and HAD to take them off. my toes are INFECTED. pussing, red, angry, itchy, swelled, everything. my fingers are in the worst condition they have EVER been in. it’s genuinely shocking, my nails are down to my nailbed, this has happend to my MUM AND SISTER TOO. it’s not just me. i’m so disappointed, my nails constantly crack and i’m in so much pain all the time. this will take years to heal. be careful girls because i genuinely might have to go to the doctors to get my nails checked. beyond disappointed.
