We have just purchased our 1st lodge and can honestly say it was made so much easier by My Leisure. No pushy sales, just honest and helpful advice. A great variety of vans at affordable prices which suit anyone's pocket. We were taken to differant sites until we settled on the one we liked. There was a few niggles with the lodge which you expect due to it being in transit and brand new, but this was dealt with promptly and efficiently by the My Leisure team. 4 months on and the after care is still there Shane always pops in if he is on site and Toni messages to make sure everything is still OK. We would definitely recommend the My Leisure team to anyone who is thinking of buying a static, holiday home or lodge.

We cannot believe it!! We have now been the proud owners of a beautiful holiday home for over a month, it is just about a mile out from Skegness. Big, big thanks to the team at My Leisure!! Seriously, we would highly recommend this company! From the initial viewing of videos, on YouTube, (which give a really good insight to the different homes available), through viewing in real time, and right through to the purchase procedure, all ran so smoothly, with the only stress being …. Deciding on which one and which site was best for us!
The most comforting thing is, it hasn’t ended! Even after our purchase, we feel ‘looked after’.

Went to My Leisure Home after watching the you tube videos they do which I was very impressed with, although I didn't find anything to suit this time round and didn't buy anything I would most definitely go back because of the professional and sincere advice they gave which shows me that they know their business..

Fantastic service made us feel like family top class never had this service from other sites .everything was put into place before we took ownership so it was easy for the handover .toni dressed the caravan with congrats and presented with a welcome gift to make us feel special the guys answered all our questions there a great team to deal with

Due to difficult circumstances we purchased our van remotely. Staff at My Leisure Home went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly and we had as much information as needed. Their communication was excellent, they gave fair and accurate information concerning the van's internal and external condition. They also made helpful suggestions in relation to transportation services and ensured the van was clean and safe. We are very grateful for their friendly, honest customer service and would highly recommend them.

I have recently purchased a Lodge from the team at 'My Leisure Home' and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in doing the same. The service received from Shane was exceptional and he went above and beyond in helping me secure additional services to add to my purchase, every time I had a question about something, Shane knew someone that could help. Unlike other organisations that I had consulted with (there were a few), Shane did not put pressure on to us to buy any particular model and we felt his advice was genuine and in our best interests - we were really impressed by how he left us to view the homes on our own and was available to answer all questions after. Once we chose and paid for our new Lodge, the after care from Toni has been amazing, her professionalism shines through and like Shane, was a pleasure to deal with

We found our home very quickly on the site. Toninand Shane are lovely and try their best whenever we contact them. We love our new home. Best thing we ever did.

Showing us around through the purchase process was very good. Follow up we’ve found difficult but I’m thinking we should have made more contact regarding issues but we were even unsure whom we should contact about what and still are to some degree.

My wife and myself have just moved into our new holiday home that we purchased from My Leisure Home. They could not have made the process any easier for us, always keeping us up to date of what's happening. As we are totally new to this we have asked many questions with many phone calls and My Leisure Homes Shane and Toni have helped us in every way. He showed us the different caravans, he took us to different site locations so we could choose what was best for us. He sorted the insurance and has helped with all the little snagging issues along the way, overall he has been excellent and we are so happy we chose My Leisure Homes to deal with. Steve's fantastic videos started our journey to our lovely lodge that Shane sold us in July 2022. From start to finish these guys are the real deal. Professional to a T but friendly with it making you feel part of a family not just another customer. We can't thank them enough for all the help especially Shane for all the help he gave us at the start of our new journey. As it was a second hand lodge Shane had all the carpets replaced & the three piece Professionaly cleaned. I would recommend these guys 100% Thank you guys for making our Holiday home a dream home. We had been thinking of a holiday home for a while and had done all the usual internet videos but then we met Steve Shane Toni and the team at my leisure home.they gave us a full run down of owning a holiday home and they had the knowledge of the parks and sites around the Skegness area. We did find a home which was to our spec. They kept us informed on every step and the after sales service was 100% so to sum up give these guys a ring before you do anything they are great. We hope to have many years in are home but if we need further help we will be in touch with the team. John angie
