My Leisure Home Reviews 

Well where to start, met shane on site catchwater meadow, i instantly fell in love with the site and the caravan was gorgeous best one I'd seen for the price. I didn't have the full 30k until my house was sold asked if i could leave 2k deposit until the sale. Took me to their office dealt with the delightful Toni, 2k was fine as long as i paid site fees and didn't move until full amount is paid. Toni done the paperwork all good easy transaction. It took 9 weeks from there to actually paying the remainder, no hard push off office as a matter of fact Toni was so supportive and helpful messaged me not for hard talk about when money coming in,but just very friendly very put you at ease type of messages and when i phoned she was well Beautiful about things. Finally monies paid had handover bless Toni got cake coffee tea balloons etc in the van as a welcome gift. Been here now 2 weeks and aftersales service is brilliant Toni messaging to see everything ok, saw shane on site first words were everything OK need anything super nice people 👍

A big thank you to Toni and the team for how quickly you resolved the few issues that we had at the beginning.

The only thing that was disappointing was how long we had to wait before we received the keys, however it was well worth the wait because we both love our new caravan.

Once again thank you all for such a beautiful holiday home and all the support you have given us.

We purchased a caravan from my leisure home, The overall experiance was superb, They where very helpfull, No pushy salemen.
For us it only took 2 weeks to have everything up and running with all the test. They also emailed and rung us to keep us upto date with everything that was happening.
And most importantly for us when we did have a slight issue after taking ownership of the van, They where there on the phone and sorted the issue the very next day with no problems.
So overall i would rate our experiance as 5 stars so much so i have already recomended that my little sister goes to my leisure home to look at buying a caravan.

MLH were excellent, the hand over was very special. We were made to feel welcomed, and still help us with any questions we have. MLH are like our family and I would recommend them to anyone . Absolutely fantastic .

Buying our first holiday home was made very easy and straightforward with My Leisure Home. It was easy to keep in touch and arrange the best way to proceed with the handover, items for the home etc.

All the team were very helpful and dealt with any handover items promptly and professionally. A special mention to Toni who has been exceptional in helping us with initial teething problems, working round our timescales and requirements. Form our experience, we would have no problem recommending My Leisure Home and using them again.

We needed to find somewhere to live at very short notice and Steve came through for us. MLH literally had 4 days to fulfil our request and they did. They found us somewhere, it was a great relief to us. They’ve been in contact with us on a regular basis to make sure we settled in. Highly recommend MLH for anyone wanting a caravan or lodge. 5*

after seeing sales hype on you tube [ thinking they cant be that good ] i made an appointment to meet steve i told him what i wanted and within 1 hour i was the proud owner of a holiday home i couldnt believe it and it didnt end there on my first visit to my new home i couldnt believe my eyes what a surprise i wont spoil the surprise for anyone by telling them what i found all i will say steve/ toni and the team were absolutly first class 5 star

Its the second time we have purchased holiday homes from the fantastic team at My Leisure Home. They cannot do enough to assist and their customer service is second to none. Cannot give Steve, Shane and Toni enough praise, they truly do go above and beyond and we cannot thank them enough for everything. Cannot get a better team than the lovely guys and girls st MLH x

We were so impressed with the smooth and professional presentations of My Leisure Home on their YouTube channel that we ended up buying our first holiday home.

Shane, Steve and Toni were very professional and knowledgeable and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. In fact it was a very pleasant experience meeting such friendly people.

Since purchasing our first holiday home, everyone has gone out of their way to ensure everything has met with our requirements, going the extra mile on every count to ensure we have everything just right. Toni has regularly kept us up to date with progress, jobs undertaken and completed, which has been very reassuring.
