The shower bars are lovely, but.......
The shower bars are lovely, however the shampoos have changed and won't lather, no note of this on their page and advertised as producing a lather. I was told they had taken a certain ingredient out and to let it soak in the water for 5-10 minutes before using it and to let them know if it works. It didn't and I informed them, but nothing back! I paid for shampoo bars that I cant use! I have ordered before but each time something was either missing or delivery took ages. I believe in supporting small businesses, and giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm not ordering from them anymore. Such a shame.

Great selection and quality of products and great customer service. Let down by atrocious delivery taking around 10 days after ordering to arrive. If you buy their products from Amazon,they arrive within 48hrs!

Bad delivery and shocking customer service
Update- received a refund after someone from customer service emailed me saying they saw my negative review. Still no sign of the replacement parcel as of 10th June, even though they said they were sending it out 25th May. The website advertises 1 business day dispatch and 48 delivery, so this doesn't add up. They seemed very unapologetic, and can't seem to admit that they are actually in the wrong and keep trying to blame this all on the bank holiday. Even though I expressed to them that I have taken the bank holiday into account when estimating the shipping times - it is still very late. It is unacceptable due to the dispatch/shipping advertised. They claim to be a small business, but looking at the social media, you can see they have a high amount of followers, but seemingly very little staff in their packing department. I personally think that this is a case of a company doing well financially, receiving lots of orders, but refusing to hire an adequate amount staff to maintain the orders. It seems to me that this company priorities checking negative trust pilot reviews than checking their own customer service emails, as I didn't receive a response to them previously about a refund, and by looking at other negative reviews, I can see a lot of other customers in a very similar situation. If I hadn't of posted a negative review, I believe I wouldn't of received my refund. There are a lot more small businesses who sell similar eco friendly products, so I would suggest looking around for other businesses before thinking of shopping with My Little Eco Shop.

I've loved all the products I've used from this company, however, I placed an order on 15th May and hadn't received it. I emailed and they responded quite quickly and said they had sent me another. 6th June I received the original order and 2 of the items were missing and one was substituted. The packing slip says it was shipped 20th May, and that I was refunded for the missing items. I never received a refund and I never had an email saying the items would be missing and that I would be getting a refund. I still haven't received the replacement order, despite the dispatch time on the website claiming its 1 business day and shipping is 48 hours. I messaged explaining this and they said me (in my opinion) quite a rude email telling me to wait for the replacement order to arrive. No explanation as to why I wouldn't of received a refund or email stating I was due one, and no offer for a refund either. They said they don't know if the missing items will be in the new order, even though they should have personal records stating what items have been packed in an order and what, if any, are missing.
Customer service and the way this company is run seems to be very unorganised. However, the products are good and eco friendly. If you don't mind waiting ages for an order then it might be worth it for you.

Totally disappointed
Totally disappointed, waited a month and they had to resend another order out as first one wasn't sent , then I received today and one of the items is missing from my box , and the box is intact no damage so it just wasn't placed in the box ! Communication not good but they do answer some , 1st time used company will never use again !

Parcel leaked everywhere and I can't get the gunk off my hands.
I can't return the parcel for refund. I took the soggy mess to the sink, rinsed out the container of cleaning shot which I could put in recycling then junked the slimed cardboard. There was no way I was hanging on to it. I was really disappointed.

I wish i had read the reviews before…
I wish i had read the reviews before ordering.
I do believe in supporting small businesses but at times i find it hard to when a problem arises and nothing is done to solve the issue.
I placed my order in good faith 31/05 expecting delivery 48/72 hrs as the website states.
However, order not received no update offered and have only responded to 1 out of 3 emails sent.
Payment has been made but i am still waiting for my order to arrive.
This was a birthday gift and now i have to buy else where and now having the extra hassle of asking for a refund.

Honesty is the best policy!!!
Like others I want to support small businesses and I appreciate that sometimes things get delayed etc., etc. What I do exoect from any business however, no matter what size is honesty and sadly this is not the case with My Little Eco Shop. I am sure customers would be more understanding and forgiving if you responded to their emails and didn't keep lying to them! I won't go into detail about my particular case but at this point in time I still have not received my order I placed a few weeks ago, Tomorrow never comes!!!....

Fast and effective.
Fast delivery, eco friendly and minimal packaging. I bought 2shampoo bars and one conditioner bar, all smell nice and handle well with low lather but good hair cleaning.
Pretty happy with the service
I don't understand why people are so impatient. I had problems with the shipping, but this doesn't should affect this lovely small busines. I always had problems with Hermes/Evri, so I didn't expect them to be good also this time. However, I found the service incredible, never answered out of time, by mistake I didn't receive a product and the day after have sent them an email, I received a refund. In my point of view, during this time is very important to support small businesses and try to be a little more patient. I really appreciate the mistery gift I have received. I can't wait to try their products, but keep in mind that there is always the list of the ingredients, so it's your responsibility to check what you're buying if you have problems with some ingredients. This company is pretty approved by me, I can't wait to order more from them. Thank you!
Items never received ! Very slow at posting
Really slow at posting, After 3 weeks I emailed them and they said the parcel must not have been scanned properly at Royal Mail ?! But when it arrived I could see it had only been posted the day before. When my parcel arrived it was missing items, 2 of which said “refund” next to it but I hadn’t received one. Contacted customer service about the refund and they did do it and promised to send my missing items, that hadn’t been refunded on to me and we are months later and my items have never arrived.
The face products I ordered were awful, basically just essentially oils and Shea butter, very greasy, lumpy and never dried in. I bought a day cream, night cream and primer and all were the same and went in the bin.
Terrible company.

I have purchased from these on numerous occasions and yes sometimes the delivery has been a little slow and I did have an item substituted which was not on a like for like with what I had ordered, I received a toothbrush instead of a tangle tamer hair brush, however, I did receive good customer service and was given the option for either a refund or would knock the amount off my next order, which I decided to do and was given a discount code to enter on my next order. Each product I have received from them has been of good quality and during these difficult times I do feel that we should let people have a little leeway.
Anyway I will continue to order things from them, as I like the products and they are often providing offers. One of my latest purchases was the Pump & Glow Cucumber Hyaluronic Under Eye Serum - 50ml and this is lovely and a little goes a long way.

I have now removed a star which was originally for customer service as the agent yesterday agreed to provide a refund and send the products free of charge. When I pointed out that "customers are not being very understanding" amongst other comments were coming across as argumentative, the previous offer was retracted and I was then asked to refuse the delivery if it arrives. Totally unprofessional and I still don't have a refund.
I was really excited to try these products and placed an order on the 19th of May with the impression (as its what it stated on the order confirmation) that the order would be with me in 48 hours. I then chased this up on the 24th as I still hadn't received a dispatch email to be informed by Lucy that the timescale on the confirmation isn't correct and it's 2-4 working days for dispatch then another 48 for courier delivery. Fine, no problem although a little annoying as I had by this point run out of shampoo having expected the delivery sooner. I then, on the same day, received an update from Evri saying they were expecting my parcel shortly. Its been 7 days and I still don't have the order or even an update. To her credit, Lucy has been very quick to reply so far and opened an investigation for my order last week however we have now exceeded the 2 working days for a response and I haven't heard back. I've now requested a refund.
Looking at the other reviews, they are almost all negative feedback regarding delivery and to continue using a courier service that you know is causing serious disruption to your customer experience and reputation is, I feel, totally unacceptable. I mentioned this to Lucy in my email when I chased the order the second time as I was becoming genuinely concerned that the order would never arrive but unfortunately Lucy did not respond to that part of my email.

Bad service
I ordered my goods on the 7/5 and they were delivered on the 23/5. One item was missing and no refund as yet.
They did offer a replacement and I accepted their offer but no response to my acceptance. The original order was delivered 2 days later. No good customer service.

Poor delivery, customer service
Really poor experience with this company and such a shame as I'd heard lots of good things about them.
I placed an order in early May took 2-3 weeks to arrive and only after I chased them for an update on my order even though it was supposed to be 48 hour delivery. Once I received my order I was missing one of the items, included in the box was the order form and something unintelligible written beside the item that was missing. I contacted the company to report missing item and they came back to offer me a refund or replacement. I replied with a picture of the order form and asked for a refund on the missing item and I received a reply asking me again if I wanted a refund or replacement. So I guess they don't even read their customer emails...
To be honest, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be using them again. The customer service could have been much friendlier and more helpful and there wasn't even a gesture of goodwill despite the fact that I've been patient and understanding with them throughout this experience.

I received my shampoo bar quickly, when I opened it I thought the bar would do one hair wash, but I was wrong .. it lasts for a while and has a really nice smell to, will definitely order more

I was looking forward to receiving my products form Little Eco Shop. Unfortunately they never arrived after weeks of waiting. I contacted the company several times asking about my order and requested a refund I ended up going round in circles regarding a refund, which lead me to contact my payment provider to resolve the matter.

Missing items and misleading email
Unfortunately seem to have encountered several of the issues experienced by others here, I put an order in at the beginning of the month and was told it had been despatched to Evri on the 11th (which was a lie, as I received an email confirming receipt of the package from Evri on the 26th).
Package arrived, missing two items which had been refunded (not received refund yet), despite both items being available online still as of today (28th) and the email confirming despatch of items on the 11th saying everything was included.
Unreliable, which is an absolute shame as I liked the look of the products and the products I got sent seem really nice. Don't see myself ordering again to be honest, but we'll see what they say.
