Can’t give 0 stars or would. Ongoing saga for almost 3 months. So far no products, which were supposed to have been sent twice, and no refund as promised either. It’s your bank to blame etc, it was actually PayPal. Shocking. Bought previously with no issue. Received email saying we are a small company, bear with us etc etc. Telling me downright lies. Totally against ethos of eco friendly, we are all for the planet, we are a good small friendly company. Nonsense. We’ve all been hoodwinked.

Have always been a big fan of this company so I'm really disappointed to be writing this review but here we are. I placed an order on the 17th July, didn't get any shipping notifications nor did I recieve it so I emailed them on the 29th July to ask them where it is. They told me it had been shipped and offered to send a replacement which I agreed too. It has now been 10 days since my replacement has supposedly been sent. The fact this is happening so often, I think its the company not sending the orders out as apposed to Evri/Royal Mail losing them. Especially considering I live in the same city as My Little Eco Shop so it only has to go through one delivery office/depot. Super disappointed. I can't even get a refund cause I purchased everything using a £50 voucher my parents got for me when I loved the company.

Used to be fantastic! I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year but unfortunately that will be no more. Since “moving” both of my orders have been “lost”. Granted the first one was eventually refunded however the second one I’ve emailed several times (yes I’ve emailed the correct email - before I get what seems to be their generic response to bad reviews) and I’ve got little to no response. Still no products or refund.
Such a shame as it used to be such a great and reliable company and now they’ve lost yet another loyal customer. To avoid disappointment, avoid now at all costs!

Where to start
Where to start. Placed an order on the 16th of July. After a week emailed. Was told if it hadn’t arrived my the Friday email again and they’d sent a replacement. Numerous emails later with no reply I ask for a refund. Only to be told with a group email that they had been closed for 2 weeks.
Get home from my holiday today. Some of the products were meant to go with me. And I’ve a parcel. No idea who’s parcel cos 3/4 of the delivery are not what I ordered. And I got no free gift as promised in the advert.
Will never be buying from again. Feel like I totally wasted £22 cos it’s not what I ordered

Gone downhill
Have used the company for over 2 years for shampoo and conditioner as these really suit my hair. Most recent conditioner bars are a disaster - they feel like I’m spreading grease on my hair and despite continuing to moisten them they stick to my hair. I had to wash my hair twice to get rid of the stickiness - wasting water as we go into an official drought. Feedback on their website removed

Possibly a scam shop!!
Starting to think this company is a scam, avoid and get your green goods elsewhere!!!
Ok here we go… of the original 3 items I ordered, only 2 were in the box, and they arrived many weeks after ordering. Unfortunately the box was so poorly packaged that the missing item most likely fell out in transit, if it was ever put in the first place. I emailed asking for a replacement for the lost item, many emails later (all from different named staff members) and 2 months passing no replacement has arrived. Now trying to get a refund and no one replying to my emails. On top of this, since placing my order, I have received a scam text messages from ‘Evri’ which is the shipping company Little Eco Shop uses, seems too much of a coincidence as I had never received an Evri scam text before ordering from these guys!! Scary!!

Awful. Avoid like the plague
My order didn't arrive, then after several complaints it was apparently resent, but when it arrived was missing items. I complained again and requested a refund. This was initially ignored and they offered to resend. I had lost any trust in them by this point and requested a refund for the missing items again. They seem to habitually avoid answering emails and delete comments from their Facebook posts.
I only received a refund when I pointed out by email and on social media that they were in breach of the consumer rights act.
I think they are either incompetent or a scam. Either way, do not buy from them!
If you have bought from them and have been ripped off there are steps you can take to get your money back.

*UPDATE: They have now somehow managed to refund me TOO MUCH money so I will have to chase them for the upteenth time. Everything about this screams dodgy. One mistake I can put down to human error but theirs have been endless*.
Scam company. Put it this way, if I had £1 for every time I've had to send them an email which went unanswered, my order would have been paid for. It took a month to arrive, had missing and substituted items with no explanations, and when I tried to return things they failed to refund me, then after chasing them up they refunded the wrong amount, so the saga still isn't over! It's been over 2 months since I first placed the order. Ridiculous. If I hadn't been so persistent with emailing and threatening to escalate things, they'd never have refunded me. My advice to anyone who is owed money by this shop: Keep emailing. It got to the point where I was resending the same email with proof of the delivery of my returned items every day before someone finally refunded me (the incorrect amount - which I am still working to resolve). They should not be in business. It's also very sketchy that they only have positive reviews on their social media, when clearly this does not reflect them. Also their only recent positive trustpilot reviews are from people in the USA - the website only mentions international shipping to Europe which is confusing.

Seen an advert for free shampoo bar so…
Seen an advert for free shampoo bar so I thought I would try it especially as the company claims to be eco friendly. The shampoo wasnt bad seemed to clean my hair okay and smelt nice. But when i used the conditioner bar it was awful. Left what seemed like a waxy layer over my hair. I tried to wash it out and then dry it but it left my hair so greasy. I had to use my old shampoo to wash the grease out of my hair! I have messaged the company to see if that is normal, perhaps i used too much? Delivery was fine for me though.
BUYER BEWARE - AWFUL JUST AWFUL
If I could give a minus score I would. Be warned - This is not as a good business should be - it is continually hit and miss as to whether or not you get what you ordered! I’ve been waiting 4 weeks and nothing received again, third time promised - nothing received. They are now not replying to emails and are removing any comments asking about where my order is from their FB page! They seem to do this a lot from reading other reviews. I’m starting to think everything is a bit shady as they’ve changed their name from My Little Eco Shop to Echo Shop and even though they say they’re from Devon I don’t believe them - any business from Devon would not behave so shamefully to it’s customers - shame on you.I didn’t want to believe that a company that bases itself on eco credentials could be so overwhelmingly badly run but there you have it. I now think they are just taking your money and running . They are continually advertising on FB but can not even meet the orders they have - this tells me everything - money grabbing charlatans who care nothing about their customers! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If you could give 0 or even minus stars that's what this 'company' deserves. I'm beginning to think it is a scam. Take payment, don't send order confirmation, multiple responses with different excuses when contacted, and no refund. I am now going to my bank to get refunded. In the meantime they have my money to use to send out misleading advertising. I wonder if trading standards or the police might be interested in this scam outfit?
Postscript - the company have said they have now found my name and the parcel was delivered on 21 July. I would like proof of this. They are still telling me by email that they can't track an order by date or amount, so I very much doubt this at all. I have raised an incident with my bank. Avoid like the plague!

I stumbled across their site one day and their customer service team really helped me out by answering all of my questions right away and helping me order.
Frustrating to deal with and ignore…
Frustrating to deal with and ignore emails.
Ordered at least 4 times and each order has been messed up.
Need a response from my most recent complaint and a free post label to return my most recent order back that has been messed up
Please don’t reply to this to tell me to email support I have done just please reply to my email request of a free postage label.

Awful delivery and customer service
Firstly the products are lovely. However, they take your money and you have to wait ages for delivery. This us my second order and I have had the same issue both times. This time I placed my order on 28th July. Contacted them last week to be told it had shipped. Still no sign of it and they allegedly use royal mail 48hrs. Asked again yesterday to be told they would arrange another shipment. I responded and asked for a refund and haven't heard back from anyone. Very poor customer service
Update: Item has now been delivered 15/08 even though I had asked for a refund and as my review clearly states I was in touch regularly by email and it still took nearly 3 weeks to resolve

Very poor customer service
Like others I have had the same issue with delivery . I placed an order on 20/06/22 and have still not received my order! I have sent 7 emails! In my last email I informed the company that they were in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and now it seems my order has been sent but I’m not holding my breath!
I have used this company before and liked the products but I won’t be placing an order again!

I have had similar problems. I placed an order for over£50worth of items on July 18th. I paid by PayPal and received a receipt from them. I received no confirmation of my order from the company. After a week I tried repeatedly to get in touch with them, asking what had happened to my order. Their customer service is very poor. There is a customer service link but you put information in, then it goes round in circles and you have to keep repeating it. Frustrating! I left an email asking for them to get back to me. No reply. I managed somehow to find a phone number for the customer service, but no one was available to take my call. I left a message, aski2them to ring me back. They didn't.
Eventually, on 30th July, I received an email apologising for the delay and saying they would get me order out to me ASAP. They asked me to let them know if my order didn't arrive by Monday evening (1stAug). Nothing arrived, so I sent an email, no further replies. Eventually I got my parcel yesterday, 8th August. That's a full 3 weeks since I placed my order. Very poor.
I've since opened and used my new shampoo and conditioner. It has left my hair sticky and greasy. Completely different from before. Have they changed the formula?
I won't be using this company again.

I am so sorry for the low score, but this company has the right ethos, but unfortunately haven't the back-up to carry this out. I have been trying to sort out why I can't get my order delivered since the middle of July. I am in a loop whereby I keep getting the same questions and giving the correct answers. I have given my order number, cc reference number but still no goods.
