Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, I have placed an order for 9 items, I only received 4, I asked for a refund for more than a month, until now didn't receive anything, be careful

Sort your company out…
I've had issues with this company from the beginning. But as they tended to pull their finger out, and eventually send the product. Plus I like the products and it's ethos I thought I would order again. Big mistake. I placed an order on 25th July and my order has not arrived. I've sent 3 emails to which they have not responded to any. The last one containing a pdf of proof of payment. I've now asked for a refund. If this doesn't materialise the bank will be obtaining my funds back. I will not be ordering again from them. Under this name or their new one!

Disappointing
I saw this company and was keen to me more Eco friendly so placed an order.
The order stated that it was a 2 day delivery and 1 day dispatch. I'd ordered on the Sunday.
I haven't received it by the Friday so chased to be told there had been an issue and they would re-send. They eventually dispatched the following Wednesday.
When I received the parcel, the 'free gift' as per my discount code they sent me was missing. I have used the shower bar and have found it drying and that the scent faded quickly an left my skin smelling like cheap soap.
I won't be shopping here again!!

Order not received.
I placed an order on 13th July and am still waiting. I sent an email and told they would send a replacement and I'm still waiting. Emailed twice over the last week and not received a reply. Worst thing is I'm only 10 minutes walk away and could pick it up. My daughter ordered separately and still.not received hers either.

Do not order from this company. Ordered 3 weeks ago not received it chased last week was told would get a replacement. Not received it. Very confused about this company it has 2 names little eco shop and little echo shop!!!
They regularly update their Facebook page with products. A few people I spotted in same boat as me so I replied to their messages my order hasn’t arrived to find posts are deleted. Emailed my concerns to be told problems with Hermes. Today have had an email confirming order has been sent it should be with me tomorrow arriving via Royal Mail. I requested a refund via PayPal who have asked I contact the company to resolve issues, company have asked me to refuse my delivery as I have requested a refund!!! Will never use this company so glad I didn’t set up an account. Their Facebook page has no option to write a review.
I have messaged other customers I’m not the only person annoyed with this company. I can also see on both company names the reviews are bad!!!

Very Poor Customer Service
As with other one star reviews, I am disappointed with this company's service. I, again like others, thought I would support a small local eco friendly business. I placed an order on 21st June, which was acknowledged (and money taken) but have not received it. I have since emailed the company numerous times, with responses from different people saying they would resend my order, but again, to date have not received anything. I have left messages on their facebook page and have emailed again. It's a pity one cannot give zero stars.

Appalling service, questionable products, and they delete reviews they don't like
My first order with this company was disappointing, but not terrible... but following orders were appalling.
The first order took too long, but I told myself that for eco friendly products, I could stomach that and just order longer in advance.
Later I ordered several products and one was missing. I emailed within 4 days as the website suggests, but was ignored (Note, it is the same email that they respond to 1star reviews with asking people to get in touch - what's the point if they ignore the emails).
I found a couple of emails of specific people instead of the generic support email and chased them. One of them came back to me and promised a replacement item.
I had since placed a second order, which arrived also missing an item. By this time, I still hadn't heard about the replacement for the first missing item, so I emailed again, chasing the replacement and advising that it had happened again.
I was again advised that replacements would be sent, and this time someone actually actioned something because I got an alert stating an order for been placed for me at zero cost.
I tracked the order, and it never arrived and so I chased again and was told that the courier probably lost it. Another replacement order was then placed.
2 months after the first item went missing, and 1 month after the second went missing, I received my items.
Upon using the conditioner, it ruined my hair. The consistency was so sticky that I can't wash it out, even using their shampoo bar (I've tried 6 times), so now I am going to have to buy a deep cleaning shampoo to try and get it out.
I will not be placing another order with them.
In addition - I left a review on their website of the item that ruined my hair. They have deleted the review. So their start ratings are not representative.
Would not recommend
I ordered from here after seeing an advert on social media for shampoo bars. I have tried a lot of different brands and am looking for the perfect one still, so thought I'd give this company a go.
There was a promotion on where if I bought one bar, I'd get a "wonky" one for free. When I placed the order this was not clear on the invoice. After waiting for over a week for a delivery update, I got in touch with the company to see what was going on and to confirm that the promotion worked on my order. I never received a response.
When I did finally get the products almost 2 weeks after ordering, I was extremely disappointed. The shampoo bars seem to not wash your hair at all, but instead leave a thick, greasy residue all over your hair, making it look & feel really greasy.
I wouldn't recommend this company at all - the communication was non-existent and their products are not good at all. I had to throw away the bars as they were unusable.
What a disappointment
I have ordered twice from little eco shop and both times had a negative experience with delivery and communication from the seller. The first time had no delivery so had to chase and took more than 3 weeks to get my order. I was pleased with the products themselves so I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try again, I wish I hadn’t bothered. Again no delivery or communication since handing over my money and 3 weeks down the line and numerous emails to their support email they haven’t even acknowledged my message, I have sent a direct message and left message on Facebook which they promptly deleted. Wish they were as fast responding to my emails as deleting my messages. I guess they are more concerned with there rep on social media

They are clearly having issues with fulfilling orders and replying to customers, it would be nice if they updated their website to this effect until the issues are resolved.
I wish I looked at other reviews before ordering...

Very disappointing and dishonest
Update 2 to the shop 2nd response. I very much responded to you and have a copy of it. After not sending my items, me chasing then asking for a refund, you ignored that and then sent them 2 weeks later and days after I asked for the refund. We had numerous e-mail exchanges. After the unwanted products were delivered, and you ignored my mails, a WEEK later you contact me to say the best you can do is send a pre paid envelope. I said I’d given up completely and thrown them away.
Note, all commenting on FB ads has been switched off due to the number of negative reviews like mine.
Edited to respond to the response below - I wrote my review after 4 days of e-mailing that made no difference at all.
Very disappointing and dishonest. I ordered some products with a promise of 48 hour delivery.
10 days later when they had not arrived I contacted support. Some backwards and forwards with e-mails, I made it clear I wanted a refund as it was confirmed they hadn’t been sent. Instead of a refund, I then got an e-mail saying that they had been shipped.
This is absolutely not what I wanted and that was very clear - but they deliberately ignored that, have not responded since and now over 2 weeks later the products will arrive. I wanted them for a holiday I was going on, from which I have now returned so no longer need them.
Don’t use this company!

Products have not turned up after 2 months
I have shopped before and not had a problem. But this time I placed an order at the beginning of June. It never arrived, at one point it showed it was being shipped but then disappeared and never arrived. I contacted and asked where it was and after a few emails I was eventually told it would be replaced and another order would be sent. I was sent an email to say that it had been prepared, then nothing. I again emailed to say if it did not show it was scanned the next day yet another replacement would be sent. I asked where the previous 2 orders had gone and received no reply. I waited, then sent another email asking if it had been scanned or another replacement had been dispatched, still no reply.
I have not received my order after 2 months so I have now asked for my money back, let us see if my money is returned !!! Will not be using this firm again.

Shouldn't have Ordered FROM THIS COMPANY.
Edit: This company is an absolute joke. Yes my delivery finally arrived but this was 3 weeks after being told that a refund had been made, which never happened so that was clearly a lie. I then told them I didn't want what was delivered and that some of it was damaged anyway. They told me they would send a return label which also still hasn't shown up after more than a week. Not only do they take you're money without a care in the world. They are also liars. I have had no response to my inquiries about the original refund I was promised which says alot obout them.
This has been an ongoing problem for about 2 and a half months now since my initial order. Absolute scammers and time wasters, they should be nothing but ashamed of themselves. Basically robbing from people and not working correctly according to consumer rights.

It's been almost 2 months since I made my order, after 1 month I got in touch to see what the problem was because nothing had arrived yet. I was informed that there had been an issue with the carrier and they would resend my order. I waited another week and still nothing arrived. I once again emailed to see what the problem was and at this point I decided that I just wanted my money back. They again tried to fob me off by saying that the package must have gotten lost and they would send it once again. I declined for it to be resent and repeated my request for a refund. I didn't get a response. I then emailed 2 days later about why I got no response and why my request for a refund got completely ignored. They did get back to me with a snotty reply of "email responses take 2 business days, expect your refund in 7-10 business days" or something along the lines of that response. I replied that I would have been more understanding if my requests weren't just wiped away without a second thought and that I think they should work on their customer service because at the moment its absolutely abysmal. Now here I am 3 weeks later and there is still no refund gone through. I am fed up and angry at this point, if you are looking to better yourself by going more eco friendly, then absolutely go elsewhere because all they appear to do to me is mess me around. I'm just mad at myself because I didn't read up on their reviews before I gave them my money.

7 weeks later
I have now been waiting nearly 7 weeks for 3 products from My Little Eco Shop. They also seem to have changed their name to my little echo shop, strangely. I reached out to their support team 4 weeks ago, and they hadensured me that they had dispatched a new order to me. I have gotten no email telling me my order was shipped or any update whatsoever. I have emailed them again, but I feel like I'll have the same outcome. Very disappointing.

Only one of the three shampoo bars I bought actually worked fine. One of them I rubbed on my sculpt/hair for 10 min trying to make some lather with no success, instead I ended up with half of my hair in my hands and wasting tons of water in the process! AVOID! Not to mention that the order came veeeery late, missing one of my items, so I had to contact them to have the item separately mailed to me afterwords. Very good deodorant though, however they stopped making the particular one I bought and liked a lot, haven't tried others.
