Would never use again.
The order was over two weeks later
Due to bad packaging the items had melted, one item was missing.
The shampoo is ok ish.
The conditioner is a grease ball.
Very disappointed

The original order was over two weeks late and only arrived after I sent several emails.

Horrendous company
Horrendous company. I didn't want to rate it but to put up my review I had to tick one star as there wasn't a minus option. Placed my order in April 2022. It never arrived. Neither did replacement. Promised a refund. Surprise surprise like the order this didn't arrive either. Had to go to my bank to get refund on 23 July 2022. I placed my order in good faith but I will never order from this company again. Make your own mind up but beware. This company does not honour its mission statement.

I was emailed by this company after my honest review. I decided to let them try to resolve my complaint and was promised a replacement order. Believe it or not I never received any replacement order. Am not surprised. You have been warned.

Nice products but …
I have bought from this company many times as I love their products. The shampoo and conditioner bars and their soaps in particular. Delivery used to be a bit hit and miss with some orders taking weeks to arrive but this seems to have improved recently. I’m writing this today because my latest order is just not up to scratch and I’m not getting anywhere with their customer service. I ordered 4 of their Dead Sea mud soap bars because I normally love it. The soap I’ve received this time is just not the same. It’s a different colour (pure white) and has absolutely no smell unlike previous bars. I know the soap is handmade so colour and smell will vary slightly but this is just completely different. Customer service asked if I had pictures of previous bars?! Um no, I’m not in the habit of photographing my soap! Just want a refund to be honest and not getting anywhere. Probably won’t buy from them again which is a shame.
To update I emailed customer service again as they requested after I wrote this review. They agreed to send me some new soap bars which they have failed to do and now I am getting no response from them. Very poor customer service. Sad as I really liked their products.

Products good, dispatch and delivery very poor and let's the company down
I have ordered a number of times from this company - I can't emphasise enough that it is solely due to I want to support smaller businesses and I like their products. However saying that, their customer service is extremely poor. Prior to fulfillment house it took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive and when emailed to ask where they were - no response! Now the new fulfillment house and delivery - it states 48 hour delivery. Well its been 5 days since I ordered my goods - it still has not been fulfilled never mind posted! I have been on the chat to find out what's happening and they were checking but no follow up and it still has not been dispatched and havent responded to my gollow up question. It just isn't good enough. If it is going to take 5-10 days then put that on your website.
Just having good products won't keep customers. Really disappointed, nothing more I can say to be honest but you dispatch and delivery really less you down.
Update - from leaving a review, I did as asked on the reply from the company to this post and emailed them (the reply has been edited since). They said would look into and get sorted Monday (yesterday) and its Tuesday and 9 days later and still hasn't even been fulfilled. I have been quizzed over contacting them through the 'chat to us' which I did and they were 'going to look inti now' on their website and about leaving a review.
I have requested a refund 27th July - Still waiting on a refund 15 days later and raised through bank now for my refund. Since requesting a refund and said it was going to actioned, I received an email afternoon of 11th August saying items have been dispatched, ignoring my refund request. These will be returned as do not want items just my refund.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL
I have had one heck of a time trying to get the products that I have paid for in full.
I ordered several products *over two months ago*! And I can't tell you how many times I've had to send them an email asking where my package is. They said it must have gotten lost, they'll send out a replacement, so again, I wait weeks. Still no package, so I asked for the tracking Information. They sent an email back saying they're getting it packaged to be ready for shipping. Several weeks after that,I ask for the tracking information AGAIN and I got the same old email saying they're getting it packaged for shipping.
After over two months, I sent another email stating that I have been very patient And understanding with their company, but now I am very frustrated and starting to lose my patience.
After seeing all these terrible reviews, and seeing them reply to them, it would seem that people finally got their products, or their money back AFTER posting a BAD review. So, I told them I want a full refund and I hope they have the common decency to issue it.
NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO WORK SO EFFING HARD TO GET THE PRODUCTS THEY PAID FOR IN FULL!

I'm quite surprised this company is even still running, seeing as they take people's money and then give them the run around.
Disgusting Customer Service
I placed an order five weeks ago and several of my items were missing plus an item arrived damaged. I contacted the team who then issued a replacement order, replacing one item with something totally different and failing to replace other items. I then spent weeks trying to get the company to sort this out, being promised that it would be chased up with no avail. Then the team magically couldn’t find my email thread so I sent this all in one email with no response. I reached out to them on social media where they later deleted my comment informing them of this issue, they told me to contact them on social media, which I did to be ignored. So yesterday I went back to social media again where I saw other people having problems, I had conversations with these people there and told this company about my issue and could they please sort it out, but my comments got deleted!!!They are trying to cover every trace of negative experiences from customers and are not sorting out the issues. This is absolutely disgusting. I don’t think they like the fact that I mentioned that the products are a good idea but it would be a shame if trading standards got involved. Perhaps it’s time. They have made me feel totally ignored and invalid as a customer. You don’t go around treating people this way.

Concerned about Despatch and delivery time
UPDATED REVIEW:
Thank you to little eco shop for the response, my items arrived in good condition shortly afterwards. After seeing the reviews that a few hairs may be loose on the makeup brushes, I gave them a wash before using and they were perfectly fine and very soft, I appreciate the longer handles on the eyeshadow brushes in comparison to some of the others, it makes blending much easier.
The makeup bag is also perfect, well made and big enough to fit all of my new and old brushes.
The only thing I would add it that it would be better if information was more readily available about items on pre-order as this was the cause for my concern on delivery time originally. I may be wrong but when I checked , there was no information on the website or on the email I received confirming my order so I assumed my order was late. Other than that my items were delivered two days after being despatched as promised by the delivery times on the website.

The worst company - they will scam you
The worst company - stole money without products
I ordered the end of may - after 3 weeks i received nothing , i emailed and emailed and was pushed back and forth but eventually was told a replacement would be sent - which it was but had missing items with a paper labelled refund - i didn’t receive any refund , upon emailing again back and forth i asked where my missing products were . I was then told i would get them replaced . It’s been 2 months since my order . Nothing has been replaced - my emails are being ignored

Poor service, but great products, such a shame.
I love the products from this company however I have often not recieved my order and have had to chase for it or chase for a refund. They will say they have resent a number of times and after 2 months I will just contact PayPal for a refund. It is completely unacceptable that they treat customers like this.
They have recently put up a post about changing from plastics to which my response is - how are we suppose to make a switch if they don't post their deliveries?

Awful customer service.
Like many others sadly my experience was not a positive one.
I ordered some products a few weeks ago, courier recieved them but items were damaged in transit. I immediately contact customer support. I'd paid for dpd delivery on their website. They sent it via evri. I didn't have a issue with this personally. Things get damaged and its unfortunate but its how the company handled my complaint from this point that has lead to my review.
They ignored what was written in from first email explaining the damage and straight away said my items were lost???
Said they would send replacements, I asked for tracking, no response.
Chased again a week later to be told it must be lost again and they would find out the next day and get back to me and dispatch more, I'd only asked for tracking of my replacements. I didn't hear from them as promised come Thursday so emailed them yesterday with no answer.
I then posted on their social media page for the little echo shop, as sometimes this is the best way of getting a complaint sorted and nice for other customers to know of other peoples experiences. They removed my comments, emailed me asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. Again I'd only asked for a update/tracking of my order.
At this point I asked for a refund, was told I couldn't have one till Monday due to them being closed on a weekend but that it would be actioned, they said repeated comments on their social media was classed as harassment (I commented twice, once of my experience for them to sort and another for my friends who follow them to know of my experience to help them make a informed choice in future).
I was then addressed in correctly by name in a email today and after making a public post on my own Facebook found myself with a refund email not less then an hour after I was told it wasn't possible on a weekend.
My final email from them basically said I was unfair calling them out on social media over a package damaged by a courier.
My main issue with this company has been the lack of customer service, immediate blaming a delivery company for losing a replacement I'm not sure was even sent. The lack of reading emails correctly and resolving first time, the way I was spoken to, broken promises of when they would be in touch/lack of communication, the fact I was incorrectly addressed and the fact they blamed their bad customer service on being a small business, then blocking me from their social media. Even my final email from them suggested the delivery company were at fault for everything. I understand issues arrise but its the service that put me off using them again no the fact they used a delivery company I hadn't paid for.
Since writing this review the company responded saying they offered to send the product free of charge and I never replied. The email actually stated if I shopped with them again they would send the items for free therefore their response below is inaccurate for true transparency.

Excellent products
Excellent products have been using many different products from them for some time now. Even my husband has been converted to shampoo bars😂.
The only thing that has stopped me giving 5 stars is delivery issues.
Not impressed with service or product
I ordered a shampoo bar for curly hair and a tin to keep it in. The order took a very long time to arrive and when it did the shampoo bar was missing with no explanation. I managed to get hold of customer service and get another one sent out, once again a long wait. When it did arrive it felt horrible, very greasy, when I used it my hair felt the same. Such a shame.
I'm also confused that they seemed to have changed from eco shop to echo shop, is this due to poor reviews? 🤔

Excellent company, keep you in touch with your order. Lovely selection of products, but I specifically use the shampoo and conditioner bars. I find them a great price, lots of offers available and easy to navigate the website.
Both bars work lovely and no plastics either in the product or wrapping.
Always order my hair products from this company.

This company are a disgrace do not trust them, ordered nearly £58 worth of products , courier company never received them, i have sent emails, messengers, constantly chasing after them to ask why it’s taking so long, they hide behind the excuse “please allow up to 2 working days for us to reply” yet as soon as I give them an ultimatum they email me back within minutes!!!
They then had the cheek to email me on the 9th of July asking me to review one of the products that they fulfilled my order on 18 days previous!
I just laughed because I couldn’t believe the cheek of them!
The owner of the company tells me to email her, everytime I try to do that the emails bounce back as “undeliverable “ I reckon she’s blocked my address.
I think Trading Standards need to investigate this company, taking thousands of peoples money then not even sending their orders to the couriers

No order delivery, no customer service
I thought I’d try this store out while making a conscious effort to reduce my carbon footprint. Ordered over a week ago and supposedly they dispatch the same day on 2-day delivery. They’ve taken my money but not sent my order and it’s been over a week. They’ve sent me no updates despite spamming with far too many marketing emails. I’ve tried contacting via email, Facebook and commenting on their posts but have had no response. This is since they’ve opened their new dispatch centre and they are falsely claiming their orders are going out on time. There’s something fishy going on with this company…

I have ordered from these a few times now, I'm sure I have an account, but can't login, I can however track the order, and as usual you have sent it with hermes when I have made a point of selecting royal mail, now I do this for a reason, our local hermes dumps on the doorstep, which is up steps and highly visible from the road! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE START TAKING NOTE OF DELIVERY SELECTED at checkout, I however apart from that have had no missing items....as yet 😅 If you want that Fifth star all you need to do is keep on top of the postage options selected, I wouldn't mind, but it's been every order!

Late, unresponsive and unrequested substitution
Placed order 21/6, requested to cancel the next day as due to their move, it would take 2 weeks to deliver. After initial reply, I heard nothing back. My order arrived 7/7 - with one product denoted as "refunded" but it had been replaced by a product I didn't order. I contacted their returns department - no reply, so I sent the order back... let's see if a refund ever materialises!

Pretty sure it’s a scam! Don’t risk it
Received less than half of the products I had ordered with a note next to all missing items on the invoice saying ‘refunded’. I hadn’t seen any refund from them.
I emailed to query and received a polite reply however after I explained that I wanted a refund they sent me the EXACT same polite email again (made no sense in the context, scam?) which I also replied too and a week later I’ve heard nothing back or seen my refund.
Looks a lot like a scam to me, but I’ll update this review if anything changes!
UPDATE — after contacting them 3 times and not getting any where I posted the above review. And unsurprisingly within a couple of days they refunded me. The below reply from them asking if I’d contacted them is laughable.
Definitely wouldn’t use again but thank you for refunding me at last.
