So I've been ordering from my little…

So I've been ordering from my little eco shop (now little echo) for a while now and yes there have been issues , delayed delivery ( just order in plenty of time.... say a month before you need it), missing parcels (hey it happens) and missing items. Customer service have always been very polite ( I am very polite in my emails) and have either resent the item or processed a refund for me ( yes there was a delay on this and I had to chase again) but overall it has always been sorted out to my satisfaction and I love all the products I have ordered. In this fast paced and Instant satisfaction world we have become sometimes you have to just lower your expectations a little to help one of the little players fulfill their own potential. As this small business continues to grow they are trying to take steps to get on top of the issues they have previously had so I will continue to give them a chance and politely notify them of any issues with my orders and how I would like them to proceed to sort it out. If you really can't live like that then by all means find another company that meets your needs.

Excellent service

I have bought several products from this company and have had excellent service on every occasion. I have used their shampoo bars which are wonderful,the volumising one in particular. The rosehip and Frankincense moisturiser I find brilliant for a mature skin. Their prices are very competitive and of course their products are environmentally friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Little Eco Shop for excellence value and service.

Really great service and I'm glad I have come across these guys, my first time using shampoo and conditioner free of the nasty ingredients and vegan too I will never go back.

delivery service is appalling over 4…

delivery service is appalling over 4 weeks... have them a chance these things can happen so I ordered again... 3 weeks so I complained I only got one of my items couple days later.... have sent an email about this... waiting for refund!
EDIT... refund promptly felt dealt with, I was not aware that the company has delivery problems, therefore at the time of placing the order it could of been useful to the customer to of been notified of this.

Took a long while for my order to…

Took a long while for my order to arrive and had to email twice. Shampoo bar is lovely, but conditioner is awful....never felt anything so greasy on my hair. Almost made it feel rubbery, and didn't rinse out. Had to re wash. Won't be using them again.

Dispatch is awful

Ordered two items. Only one arrived. No refund.
I contacted customer services who sounded genuinely nice and said they’d send the second item.
I got a dispatch note but four weeks later, it still hasn’t been handed over to the courier so clearly wasn't dispatched at all.
Won’t shop here again.

Nothing Positive to Say

I cannot find a positive thing about this company. every single order has had items missing, broken or just never turned up. They blamed Evri which wasn't their fault as they had not even received the items int he first place so ho can they deliver something they've not got?
I'm currently on 20 emails trying to sort out missing items from 2 orders, they've told me its on its way, missing, never posted etc then today told me theres nothing outstanding on my account. I've said I understand they are having issues but something needs sorting then I got a reply saying "We
are not struggling to keep up with orders at all. We have an incredible hard working team, please be careful where you spread this mis-informaiton. Following this we have just today moved to a new centre!" but clearly this is not true as they ARE struggling to meet orders so they are full of lies and broken promises. Go elsewhere, this is NOT saving the environment one little bit.

Postage times are not their fault ❤❤

I ordered a monthly box a few weeks ago. It was such a good price and free postage so I began to worry after it hadn't arrived in over a week. I looked at the reviews on here and thought I'd made a mistake. However, I emailed their customer service and I was pleasantly surprised. They chased my order and it arrived in full. I ordered some reusable pads in the sale last week for £1 each. Again, free postage, they feel like brilliant quality and what a bargain. This is 100% a legitimate company. My local Hermes driver says that Evri have taken over and they're having teething issues. My first order did take 2 weeks but they've now updated the website with this information. It really isn't the owners fault with the postage times. I've been really happy with the communication when I e mailed and the service. Thank you for my lovely orders. The malibu body scrub is lovely and moisturising. Perfect for my legs at the end of a shower ❤

Terrible terrible shop

Terrible terrible shop, do not waste your money!!! My experience so far... I ordered a few items in May 2022. My order took around a week to arrive and half of the items were missing and one item was faulty. I emailed to complain and received a very apologetic response and that they would send me out replacements. I never received them. I complained again, same response, and I never received anything AGAIN. It is now July 2022 and I have not received my items or had a replacement for the faulty item. I emailed for the 3rd time asking for a refund this time and they emailed back saying they would find out what was happening but still nothing has been done.

Very very bad service and I feel robbed of around £26. I will never ever shop again with this terrible terrible shop. It looked promising online but they do not seem to be able to function properly and have basically stolen my hard earned cash. I just hope to get a refund one day!!

Great concept, rubbish service

Such a shame this could be a great company but is let down by its rubbish customer service and warehouse team.
I have placed 3 orders with the company this year and all 3 orders have had items missing, delayed delivery and terrible customer service response times.
My most recent order has been the worst and has convinced me to never shop here again despite the shampoo bars being the only thing in years that doesn't make my scalp break out in ezcema. I placed an order which after 2 weeks I decided to chase up as the status from Evri hadn't updated for 10 days. After a couple of days wait I got a notification that my order would be delivered the next day. Imagine my disappointment when upon opening I found one item missing. I immediately emailed and was given a very apologetic reply and offered either a replacement or refund. I requested a refund as I couldn't face the farce of delivery again. That was on 28/06/22 I am writing this review on 6/07/22 and of this evening I've still not received a reply or refund.
I could understand if these issues were recent whilst moving premises & changing courier but I was having the same issues back in April.

Products good shame about delivery and customer services

Edit I will never use this company again. Here is the email received four weeks after ordering . It’s just rude. I had to chase for this as refund was not in my account

I thought carefully about leaving this review. My first order from the company was fairly successful though one item needed to be exchanged as sub standard and delivery was about three weeks.
Each of my following three orders were very slow to arrive at least a week after receiving the dispatch email. The delivery company each time we’re not in receipt of my order until two days before delivery, so I do not think it is the delivery companies used. I receive other parcels from the same delivery companies with no issue.
My last three orders have had items missing, one was so poorly packaged as well. I have had to email each time to chase for missing items which again take time arriving, we are talking a couple of weeks.
I have had substitutions of items which I have had no say if ok as not what I ordered.
My last order two items missing, it took three days to respond after leaving a post on social media. I opted for a refund which again chased but was refunded no communication from the company. The items I did received were poorly packed and paper to pack them was greasy. The items are good though.
They are very good at marketing and offering discounts, there delivery and customer service needs a lot to be desired. I know they are a small company but they really need to balance the number of sales with what they can fulfill. I also find their replies to customers with order issues who have paid for goods quite aggressive.
I know they have just changed things but I will not be ordering again.

It’s very easy to blame the delivery company but two different companies cannot be at fault.

Possibly one of the worst shops I've…

Possibly one of the worst shops I've bought from. I ordered a lunch bag, took over 3 weeks to be sent out. They then informed me that the item must have been 'lost' so they would send me a replacement. The replacement arrived 2 weeks later and was a totally different lunch bag. When i emailed about this I was told my lunch bag was out of stock but when I looked it was still being sold on there website. Don't waste your money.

Unfortunately zero stars isn't an option

If you want to pay money for stuff you won't get then please buy from these people. I placed an order which supposedly got held up by the courier. I asked for a refund but instead they sent the order 'again'. Then it wasn't complete when it finally arrived. I asked for a refund for the missing item but instead they 'sent' it again. 6 weeks on and I have some of my items (which are lovely) but I could have got lovely things elsewhere. If you're going to order from them online do it with a credit card so you have some protection and read down through all the reviews. I wish I'd done both. Oh well, lesson learned. It's a shame. They've just moved to a new address so hopefully this won't happen to future customers.

Abysmal Product, Delivery, Customer Service

Last month, I order three bars of shampoo and when they finally arrived they were completely melted and disintegrated. Despite multiple attempts and emails to get My Little Echo Shop to provide a refund, they take days to respond and when they do they claim they cannot see the images I sent multiple times and at this point are I believe are just trolling me. They have just responded intermittently every several days to say they don’t understand or can’t see the photos. So I’m cutting my losses and posting this review to in the hope it warns any prospective customers to stay as far away from this online shop with abysmal customer service as possible. Beware and be prepared to never see your money again if you don’t get what you ordered or just a melted mess in a box.

PS—My Little Echo shop does not allow customers to upload photos of the products they sell. That should tell you everything right there. If I could, I’d post the photos of the greasy, melted mess they sent me and then demanded I somehow return for refund for three weeks. How? As smelly, mushy liquid in a plastic bag? Good luck explaining that to the clerk at the post office.

PPS—While MyLittleEcoShop acknowledges they had so many issues with their delivery service that they fired them, they continue to refuse to offer full refunds to affected customers like me and will completely abandon you when your order arrives ruined. Like me, you’ll be out your money and left with a melted, unusable mess. Instead buy elsewhere. You’ll pay a bit more, but it will arrive in good order and be of much better quality. Trustpilot does allow business to allow customer photos, this business just elects not to allow them. So if you want to know what your order will look like when it arrives, see my profile photo!

Absolutely disgusting service.. do not use

I put an order in the end of May, 2 weeks before I was due to move house. With the estimated dispatch and delivery time that they have on their website I was sure it would come in time.

Two weeks later it had still not been dispatched. I contacted them and they were not helpful at all. The order ended up being sent back to them.

I contacted them and they resent the order out with a free gift and I thought okay at least that's something. Again this took over two weeks to come only to find two of the items were missing.
I contacted them to ask for a refund for those two items as I couldn't wait any longer. They replied saying my options either refund or to resend the items.
Obviously I opted for refund, confirmed this in an email and its been a week now and they are ignoring my messages.
All to quick to take your money but won't give it back to you.

I'd definitely avoid this business at all costs it's a massive shamble.

Avoid this company!!

I ordered from them last year and multiple items were missing or wrong. After fighting for weeks, I eventually got my refund for the items I didn't receive. After 8 months, I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. I had a notification that my order had been dispatched, but after 2 weeks the courier still hadn't received the package. It took a week for them to inform me they were going to resend my package, they then told me a week later it had been dispatched but took a week later for me to get a dispatch notification. I have been fighting for weeks for a refund now, it has been 2 months, I haven't received either of the 2 orders they supposedly sent me, won't send me a refund and are now ignoring my emails!

Sent wrong item

I ordered a rose gold safety razor set and was actually sent a silver safety razor set with a bamboo handle, which is completely different from what I ordered and I did not want this item. I contacted them through their online form, leaving my email address for them to contact me with a resolution. Two weeks went by without a response so I took the claim to PayPal, who contacted the shop and gave me the resolution that they would send me a refund if I sent back the item. I posted the item back and eventually got a refund from them, about 2 months after I initially received the item.

This store is probably great if you receive the item you actually ordered, but that is not guaranteed.

Great selection of products to choose from. I love the shampoo and conditioners and soaps. They are natural and plastic free too. They also have some great offers periodically and you can get access to free products and end of line products. Would highly recommend

Poor customer service and delivery.

This is the second time an order has gone missing, customer service imply that they will get back to you but after a few days you just get a notification saying that your parcel has again been dispatched.
This time the " track your shop" showed it actually said that the order had been delivered.
When my parcel eventually turned up it was obvious that it had been opened.
I have had a number of parcels from the delivery company and I have never had a problem

Fool me once shame on you…

Both orders I have made have had to be chased up and re-ordered due to being lost on the way to the delivery depot. On finally receiving my orders on both occasions items were missing and had to be chased up and re-ordered again with similar dispatching issues. I ended up receiving 3 packages for my first order (not very eco friendly). In the first instance I was understanding and patient and was ensured this was not the norm for the company. The products are great and do the job so I decided to order a few more bits that I had run out of like deodorant and eyelash serum etc. The same thing happened with my parcel being in limbo between them and the delivery company so chased up, again as understanding as possible, so had to reorder and begin the wait again. The parcel finally arrived after a week and inside was only one of the six products I had actually ordered and a random hot chocolate stirrer. I obviously emailed back with a little less understanding as didn’t have the energy (I’m disabled and chronically ill) to have to reorder every single product separately all over again. I got a refund but no explanation or alternate solution was offered and, due to my condition, can’t just nip out to purchase replacement items.
In my opinion, this company is either a scam or they have serious problems in their picking and packing section. Their delivery system also is not working for them. It’s a real shame, the products really are good.
